There is hot water in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. The bath is also very convenient and quiet. The bed is too soft.

I arrived at last minute for a week while my original long term stay place is unavailable. The pictures online don’t show the true colors. The smell of old smoke stench is very strong in non smoking room. I’m a smoker and was even grossed out. The couch was so stained, cracked walls, the sheets appeared clean but comforter stained n cigarette burns. The bathroom was alright. No cleaner than a typical rest area bathroom. The refrigerator was filthy and barely kept cool at the highest setting. I did not see any bugs, altho I could see outside thru the side of AC unit. Just overall gross, I checked out after 1 night.

We stayed Dec 21-23rd at this property. It was ok. The property is very dated and in need of desperate deep cleaning. Carpets, walls, bathrooms. They need new mattresses. Comfort wasn’t my concern—it’s cleanliness. The mattress in room 326 has a giant yellow spot on it. I slept without bedding because I didn’t want to sleep under the covers near the yellow spot. Front desk said they had no available blankets so I went without. There was only one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Going down stairs isn’t an option with a toddler and stroller. Breakfast was ok. Sausage tasted good but it was way over cooked and so were the eggs. The pool was good. Highly chlorinated but it was clean. The spa was hot! It felt nice on my feet but I couldn’t get in because of the heat but that was ok. The staff was very friendly. No issues there. One note that isn’t a reflection of the hotel as the Embassy Suites across the street had same issue—there were several car break ins on the first night we were there. Targeted trucks only. Multiple nice expensive cars were left untouched. But not all trucks broken into either. So if you stay just be vigilant to hide your items or take them in.

A very good value for money hotel, breakfast is also free. The parking lot is also free, and the hardware in the house is very good. It is a newly opened hotel. Air conditioning and cooling effect is very good!

This building is old but very well managed and clean. The bed is comfortable. We have been staying here for years when visiting family and will continue to do so. We recommend this as a comfortable and economical lodging.

The room was better than the exterior and lobby of the hotel initially promised. Updated furniture, and lighting with outlets for USB charging. It was actually good smelling and clean. A/C worked fine and it sure was a hot day! I did stay in a ”no pets” and non-smoking room, not sure if all of the rooms are updated. Mine had a walk-in shower with a glass door, not a bathtub, which I thought was great. The lobby could definitely use an update to be more welcoming. Check-in is after 2:00 pm - I was offered to get in an hour earlier for an extra $12 (which I declined). I came back an hour later and checked in with a friendly (friendlier than the first) staff member. $60 deposit required, cash or card. This is, of course, a 2-star hotel, so don't expect 4-star features or Wyndham resort comfort level. No fancy coffee or such, but, hey, there are several coffee shops in the vicinity. This is right by i-35, many restaurants, Walmart Supercenter, and a public library. It's some 15 minutes from the OU campus - although it is only a 3-mile ride, there are just SO many traffic lights and stop signs on the way, Norman is a busy town, or should I say city? I did give it a 4/5 rating, mainly for low price, cleanliness, and the updated room.
