I couldn’t stay there. I immediately checked out within a few mins of checking in. And then booked another hotel. This was my worst hotel experience. After checking into my room and paying an additional £30 for parking - that I was unaware of at the time of booking as online it just said parking available. I then received an email prior to arrival that stated parking would be £25, however on arrival it was £30. After checking into my room there was a spider on the ceiling. Stains over the carpets and on the walls. The walls were badly damaged. Nowhere to sit apart from the bed. No surfaces in the bathroom - nowhere to put my toothbrush or anything. I checked out and did not receive any refund. Not even for the parking.

I booked it without reading the reviews. Worst mistake of the year. It was only for a night yet didn’t expect it would be this unhygienic. Reception lady and old fella were such amazing host but room was equally bad. It was a family room enough space for the money paid yet it wasn’t clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t close from outside. Beds were not cleaned, carpet was worn off. The biggest turn off was finding a condom packet in the bathroom trash. We checked out within 1 hour as didn’t feel safe in the property. Improving hygiene and room condition will much improve the guest satisfaction.

Quite good.Just little bit awkward as we were locked in  the room due to door lock problem and with no lifts facilities.

Yes it's cheap, but I've stayed in much nicer places for the same price. Cheap uncomfortable mattress, light above bed and mirror didn't work properly, had to use my phone light to get ready to go out as the lighting in the room was so poor. I found a takeaway fork on the floor when I arrived, dirty coffee mug on the tray, and a piece of plastic on the floor at the end of the bed, so clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the last customer. Staff on the desk were lovely, polite and helpful. Windows are old wooden sash type, so my room was extremely noisy with passing traffic. The photos on ********** are not representative of the room you will get.
