Everything was very good. The AC was a bit weak. It took 8 hours to really cool down even with the bathroom door closed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We paid for the cheapest room and still got an excellent condition king size bed! The breakfast buffet was very good. I used the massage chair every day (4 days). The view of the sea and sky was spectacular!

My stay at the Aston Hotel was excellent. The room was immaculate with a wonderful sea view. The amenities the hotel offers were to my liking. Most of all I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, at the reception, the driver with a special mention for doorman Pak Ronaldo.

4 star hotel, by the sea, absolutely invincible sea view, the sunset is the most beautiful, there is a fish market next to it, the fish is big and fresh, but the processing and baking system has to charge another processing fee. I stayed in this hotel on my transit to Jakarta and I enjoyed it. I particularly love that all foods only a minute a way, they even have a nice coffee shop next to lobby, which I can enjoy food and drink and work until late (I left about 10pm and I dont know what time they closed, 11pm maybe? Forget to ask). Overall the room is okay. I wished the staff in restaurant, especially the egg station during breakfast can be more helpful. They need to learn how to request guest to line up when order and remember whose order is which.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which caused us to stay in it. The room I got was extensive and comfortable, with two bottles of ungased water gratis and clean in itself, but what could not be said about bed sheets and towels. The bed on it must have not been changed for a long time, because it was not enough to be crushed, it is a gray for long use. At my request it was changed to a new, clean and pressed, the same towels. Unfortunately, they were not even apologized, not to mention any remedy, and with wifi there were problems, it worked unevenly. In addition, music from microphones flew all night in the hallway, not enough that it was still loud around the same melody path.

Clean rooms, friendly and competent staff, especially Mega 🙃 Rich breakfast buffet. The Emigracy office is just 15m walking distance, so perfectly located for those who need stay at Kupang for Visa administration. They Provide also airport shuttle service!

Getting worst, this was my third visit and the cleanliness were getting worst. Small cockroaches in the bathroom, in the cabinet and near the TV area. Really a nightmare. Im okay with old furniture but not ok with their standard of cleaning. Will not stay in this hotel for future business trip. When we arrived even the doorman was just stand up and not helping us to carry out the baggage. Very minimum basic training of hospitality
