Hotel Cupidor ★★★
"Chinese people should not stay here. The hostess has a very bad attitude and the stay experience is poor. 1. The room is poorly soundproofed. You can hear the TV next door and the noise from the corridor. 2. The sound of water backflow in the toilet affects sleep all night 3. You need to pay to use the room safe, 3 euros a day, speechless 4. The sheets were dirty and the quilt was a tablecloth-like cloth, thin and hard. I didn't sleep comfortably at any night! ! ! This is the most unacceptable! ! 5. The air conditioner blows air intermittently. It is loud for 10 seconds when it blows air. After it stops, the whole room becomes stuffy. 6. The room smells stuffy 7. I wanted my boss to help me book a taxi to the airport, but his attitude was terrible. 8. The shower room is so small that it hits your hands when washing your hair. There is no place to put things. 9. The balcony door lock is also a key lock, which is difficult to lock and very troublesome."
Paguera Treff Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"You can't do any better than this for the price, although I checked in during low season so maybe the price was much less than it would be in the summer time."
Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18) ★★★★★
"somewhat outdated"
Cupido Boutique Hotel ★★★
"The rooftop offered two jacuzzis, sun loungers, and a beautiful view. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. The downsides: the beds were saggy, and the room wasn't fully finished (half-plastered). We were also next to a very noisy restaurant. You had to pay for bikes, and the drinks were very expensive. So, make your choice accordingly."
Hotel Torá ★★★
"Had the best time great hotel"
Aethos Mallorca ★★★★★
"Healed by beautiful clay pink Booked mountain view room, the room is 23 square meters, but because the open view and the infinity balcony look more comfortable, the stars at night are particularly romantic. 📍 Located at the top of Paguera cliff, near the golden public beach, it belongs to the cliff, private, fireworks switching hotel. The hotel itself has 3 restaurants, mainly Mediterranean flavors, breakfast and dinner can be indoors or directly facing the sea view, the restaurant is connected to the infinity pool, the pink umbrella here is a visual unique point, suitable for staying in the hotel for more time to lie flat."
Grupotel Nilo & Spa ★★★★
"Lovely place, very friendly staff, great buffets for breakfast and evening. Lovely pool and sun bathing area( no fighting for a sunbed) every time we went there were always loads spare. Rooms were very clean, it was surprising quiet aswell which was nice.lovely beaches at the bottom of the road 2 minutes walk, loads of shops and restaurants."
Hostal Residencia Sutimar ★★★
"I really liked the hotel. The hosts were very hospitable! The hotel is not large, but very cozy and clean. Rooms are cleaned every day except Thursday. Breakfasts are small, but everything is tasty and fresh. The sea is a couple of minutes' walk away, and the sea is very impressive. There are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shop in the area. Lidl and Euroski supermarkets are not far from the hotel. On Tuesdays, a mobile market comes along these shops. The market sells meat, sausages, cheeses, olives, olive oils, wine, fruit, sweets, leather goods, and clothing. There is a tour desk. We bought a guided tour of Palma, went to the cathedral and a little bit of the city - we really enjoyed it. The guide in Palma, Alena, made the tour so enjoyable - I recommend her. There is also a bus stop nearby. We went to Palma for a walk ourselves on bus 102. You can go to the ring road (that's the bus station, and buses to other cities go there too). Everything was very clear (I don't speak much English). We loved everything! I wish everyone a wonderful holiday!!!"

"Good value for money"

Hotel Playas de Paguera
"Customer orientation is zero. They only want to earn money, and have no idea what humanity and empathy ist. They don`t give any **** about the guests. Our flight was cancelled, and since all our trip was only 2 days, we had no other choice except of cancelling the journey at all. First of all, it was completely impossible to reach the hotel (it was not in the middle of the nicht, only around7 pm). Second - nobody even tried to contakct us, as we didn`t show up, and ask, if we will come or not. Guests didn`t arrive? Pff who cares, we have the payment already - that`s the only this that matters. Third - they refused to give the money back. 320 for 2 nights ist a lot of money."
Hotel Morlans Suites - Adults Only
"We, who are retired, deliberately chose a quiet hotel. And that's how it was, if you don't mind glass, hardly any greenery and constant observation. There is no place to retreat. From the balcony I can see the restaurant and pool, and vice versa. The staff are mostly professional. There is still plenty of room for improvement at the buffets."
Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel
"We were really disappointed with our stay here, especially considering this was one of the most expensive hotels we’ve stayed in. For the price we paid, we honestly don’t feel it was worth the money at all. We were travelling with a baby and unfortunately didn’t find the hotel particularly family-friendly. The kids’ pool was absolutely freezing, which was surprising considering it had the whole summer to warm up. The kids’ pool and surrounding area also felt quite dirty and uninviting. There was bird poo all over the sun loungers and the flooring around the pool looked like it needed a really good wash. We didn’t enjoy sitting around the kids’ pool because of this. There also weren’t enough sun loungers around the main pool, and there definitely weren’t enough umbrellas for the number of guests. The lovely outdoor beds that are shown in the hotel’s advertising photos are actually in adults-only areas and come with a ridiculous additional charge. This was very misleading and definitely not what we expected from the photos when booking. Another major issue was the lifts. There are only two very small lifts for the entire hotel, which became a massive problem, particularly when travelling with a baby and a pram. The lifts are so small that realistically only around two people with a pram can fit comfortably. When we had suitcases, we often had to make several separate trips just to get everything up or down. To make matters worse, the lifts were frequently out of order, which made getting around the hotel extremely frustrating. For a hotel of this size, having only two tiny lifts is simply not enough. The food was another major disappointment. The buffet had a very small choice and we didn’t find the quality particularly good. The food truck and pool bar were also expensive for what you got, and unfortunately the food wasn’t very nice. Our room was modern and nicely decorated, but it was extremely small. I wouldn’t recommend these rooms for families with babies or children as there simply wasn’t enough space. It might be more suitable for two adults. We also had an ongoing issue with our shower leaking into the bedroom, leaving the floor wet constantly. We reported this to reception, but unfortunately it was never properly fixed during our stay. Although the rooms were modern, the lobby and the rest of the hotel felt very old-fashioned and dated, which was quite different from the modern look we expected from the hotel’s advertising and the price we paid. There were also a lot of adults-only areas, which made the hotel feel much less family-friendly than we expected. The evening entertainment was shocking and there really wasn’t much to do at night. We also found that most of the staff mainly spoke German, which made communication difficult at times. The town itself is very small and there isn’t a huge amount to do. Overall, this hotel was nowhere near the standard we expected for the price. We have stayed in much cheaper hotels that off"
Valentin Reina Paguera - Adults Only
"Upgraded to halfboard after having one dinner there. Food was outstanding and the choice was incredible and all for only 14 euros per head. Excellent value and superb service"
Villa Columbus Rooms and Restaurant
"We were already here in the summer of 2022. The idyllic Hostal Villa Columbus with its 30 rooms and its great staff convinced us again this time. Much of our 2022 review can be found here, and we can only confirm everything. The Villa Columbus is located a short way from the beach and the Bulevar, the traffic-calmed main street with restaurants and shops, on a hill. On the way to the beach there is a small, Spanish-run supermarket with everything you need for a beach holiday. The rooms are very good for a 2-star hotel and are equipped with all the important things. We found the beds comfortable. There is also the option of getting toppers for the beds if they are too firm for you. The air conditioning is included, and a safe and refrigerator are available for a fee. The refrigerator is helpful because it not only fits a few drinks, but also one or two things to eat. The room cleaning is particularly noteworthy, it was always very clean! The whole team is fantastic and makes sure that guests feel really comfortable. The special thing about this house is that there is a small team that the guest gets to know within a very short time and that also knows and, above all, recognizes all the guests. So we were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Room cleaning, restaurant, reception, hotel management all ensure a really successful vacation on a very personal basis. A hotel cannot be run and looked after better. I completely forgot to mention breakfast last time. It is very varied. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs are freshly prepared with other ingredients as desired. There are countless varieties of coffee and many different types of tea. It should be emphasized that we were there late in the fall this time and only left two days before the winter closure. This did not affect the variety of the breakfast buffet at all. In the evening there is the option of eating a la carte. We found the food very good. The menu already offers a lot, plus there are theme evenings that expand the range. For seafood lovers, we recommend taking a look at our review from summer 2022. The pool is beautifully laid out. There is also a table tennis table and a small mini golf course."
BQ Paguera Boutique Hotel - Adults Only
"Cospa is a good hotel! The sea is close and the hotel is clean, so I can recommend it! I'm glad you stayed cheaply!"
Hotel Flor Los Almendros
"Basic apartments, value for money. One of the downsides were the rock hard beds! You get what you pay for considering it was a cheap & cheeful hols.Expect tiny ants if you leave food out! Rooms were cleaned daily, ok standard. Hotel has 2 blocks both with pools but was a bit cold...kids went in anyway. 2 mins walk to the beach. The apartments are located on the main street in Paguera so very convenient if u choose to go self-catering.Lots of shops on your doorstep. We went half-board,the food was Ok, usual buffet style. The beach is only 2 mins away, which was a bonus! Menus, signs & notices in Spanish & German as Paguera is popular with German tourists. That didn't bother us at all...had a great laugh trying to communicate in broken spanish🤣.Staff also speak basic German, you hardly come across English speaking locals, which was great for us as we wanted a full local experience😍.Went on a 5hr boat trip to Dragon Island, €120(incl lunch & refreshments) 2 adults & 2 children. Best part of our hols! The Dock was only 10 mins away. Took day trips to Palma, Santa Ponsa & Magaluf, but stop right outside the apartments. Would stay there again if we found another bargain with teletext but not if paying full wack!😜"
Apartamentos Ponent
"A wonderful hotel, everything recently renovated - living room, kitchenette, bedroom, large balcony, great bathroom - but what really made our stay special is the staff - everyone was friendly and helpful - starting with Carlos, who gave us the perfect start to our vacation, Toni from breakfast - without us having to say anything, he already had our coffee ready :) Lina from housekeeping, but also everyone else - such a warm staff - thank you for the great days with you"
Mar Hotels Paguera & Spa
"Wonderful hotel 👍 There are pros and cons everywhere, but overall it was very cozy, delicious, and pleasant to stay there. The rooms are clean, and everyone is friendly. The animators are amazing — special thanks to Klavdiya and Alejandro! They are genuine, positive, and have an incredible sense of humor. It’s always fun with them, and they really give their 💯%. 🤗 Our 5-year-old son fell in love with Klavdiya 🫣😁🩷. They truly know how to connect with children and give them a real celebration and unforgettable experiences. You can see the passion in their eyes and hearts🩷. Also, a big thank-you to the cosmetologist Beatriz — she has magic hands, truly loves and knows her job; people like her are a real rarity. Everything felt very homey and family-like. We hope to see them all again 🤗 Highly recommended without a doubt 🌹"
BQ Bulevar Peguera- Adults Only
"Three weeks from mid October to mid November- this year excellent time for three weeks in Mallorca. Hotel was situated on the calm street, no traffic noise. Rooms were kept very clean, beds were comfortable. Tv had many channels, Wi-Fi ok.Breakfast and dinner ( buffet) very good. Food was well made and safe, hygiene standards at a high level. Atmosphere friendly and relaxed, lobby and bar spacious. Easy and economic access to Palma town by bus. The thing I missed was a little bit of evening entertainment from 7-( 7) to 10 karaoke, discotheque music and "pista" for dancing."
Hostal Neptuno
"Couldn’t fault anything. Room was basic and clean, they provided shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was basic but lovely, same staff all hardworking. Local pool was just as nice. Literally on the doorstep of the beach. Decent price and you get what you pay for. Would return in the future."
HSM Linda Playa
"Super holiday hotel in Paguera, not far from the beach. Fully re-realized, everything makeless clean, super friendly staff"
Valentin Somni Hotel & Suites
"What can I say… what a delightful stay we had! 👏 The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern and tidy throughout. Our standard double room was on the small side for us, and unfortunately the frosted glass & curtains didn’t give us quite enough privacy. We did manage to upgrade to a Junior Suite, and this was well worth the extra money! The Junior Suite had a lovely large living space, separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space and a huge shower. We absolutely loved it! The restaurant was also a very pleasant experience. The food was very good, with a nice selection to suit most people. There were a few nights where it didn’t quite tickle our fancy, so we decided to eat out, but in general the food was lovely, varied and, like the rest of the hotel, very clean. The restaurant does state that smart clothing, including trousers, is required. However, upon arrival we found this wasn’t really the case. As long as you were smartly dressed, there didn’t seem to be any issues, and shorts never appeared to be a problem. The hotel offered three pools. One of these was on the rooftop, although it wasn’t really the best swimming pool. It was quite small and shallow. Perfect for dipping your toes in on a hot day, though! The other two pools were lovely, more than adequate for having a swim and cooling down. The pool bar offered a great selection of food and drinks at fairly reasonable prices. The food was delicious and, again, everything was clean and well presented. The only downside around the main pool area was the sunbeds. They were quite close together and there wasn’t a huge amount of space around each one. There also weren’t a huge number of sunbeds. We did visit slightly out of season, so I can imagine this could be more of an issue during the busy summer months. The evening entertainment was pretty standard. Quiz nights and bingo were also available before the live entertainment started. The same animation team also offered various activities throughout the day, including pool games and water aerobics, alongside things such as darts, cocktail classes and other activities for those who wanted to get involved. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. One thing to bear in mind if booking as part of a package holiday is the transfer from the airport. Our transfer was around 1 hour 30 minutes, so we would definitely recommend getting a taxi if your budget allows. A direct taxi journey is around 30 minutes from the airport, which would make a big difference after a flight. The hotel is situated on a slight hill, so bear this in mind when walking down towards the main strip. However, the location is great, and the beach is fantastic! 🏖️ We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would 100% return in the future!"
