Very clean and comfortable hotel

Awesome, would definitely recommend staying here , conveniently located by the freeway , internet worked great, plenty of hot water and parking , rooms were clean and up to date , check in went smooth , located near several tourist attractions like Matt Hoffman Skate park

If you need an inexpensive stay with good quality of service this is the place for you. The staff are friendly, the rooms are well maintained and the location is easily accessible from the highway.

This is a hard one to rate. On the one hand, it is an extremely rundown looking building in a very shady location that actually had me so concerned that I brought in everything that was in the car to my room because It looked like the perfect place to get robbed in the middle of the night. But on the other hand, once I got in the room, it was actually very nicely updated, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a very good bathroom and shower. Additionally, the rate that I paid which was in the low 40s can’t be beat. The best breakfast was pretty abysmal - a few miniature muffins, some yogurt, and some make your own packets of oatmeal was all of the food available. So I suppose considering the price and how well I slept stacked against how scary the area is and rundown the exterior is, I suppose I’ll give this place an overall rating of average. But I don’t think I would ever stay at this place again.

Arrived at hotel around 1:30am after flight from Denver. Reception was difficult because the man had a very thick accent. I was trying to under and apologetic but he seemed very frustrated with me. I just wanted to get to my room and sleep! Next morning I discovered that the Hot breakfast was instant oatmeal. Website indicates hotel has full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. This seems like an older building that has been nicely refurbished. My room was clean and quiet.
