Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

Our room with queen bed is small but accessible with creative use of space (eg. Luggage can be stored under the bed). One downside is the water tap outside the bath room does not come with hot water which is important in winter.

170 meters from Higobashi metro station. Our room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children as there are 4 single beds. Clean towels are given daily. We stayed for 3 nights and we are told that there were no room cleaning for the period of our stay. Breakfast included in next door cafe. The menu can be improved as the menu were the same everyday. There is a mini market (Lawson) connecting to the lobby. Self laundry is available in the 2nd floor, JPY 300 for washing, 100 for detergent and another 100 for the drying machine. Last important thing, you can send your luggage by delivery to another city or airport through the receptionist in the lobby. Extremely helpful for those who don't want to carry luggage around

It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. Over all we enjoyed our stay from our leisure.

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.

To a friend who is directionally blind When I first arrived in Umeda, I was a little confused about the transportation. The JR floor is on the first floor. Google navigation is based on the ground. It is recommended to look at the directions of the underground passage directly. If you are coming from JR, I suggest you take the central exit and turn to the JR Sakurabashi exit. Go down to B2, look at the street signs in the direction of HERBIS OSAKA, take the elevator from Exit 6-40 to the 1st floor and turn left to reach the hotel. The Kansai Airport bus comes from Exit 6-71, which is very convenient and saves you having to drag a big suitcase all the way. (JR2470? Like, bus 1600) Attached is the timetable to Kansai Airport for those in need. Personally, I would stay in Umeda East next time, as it feels more lively in the east.

The hotel is in Nishi Umeda, less than 700 meters southwest of JR Osaka Station. Exit from the Central South Exit of JR Osaka Station and walk to the ground level. Follow the Amap and follow the surface road to the west, then turn south. I recommend using Amap. Google’s signal is really poor indoors or underground. The front desk of the hotel only speaks English with a Japanese accent, and the room is very nice. The bedroom area is relatively small but fully functional. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Disposable toothbrushes and other items are available for free at the front desk.
