酒店係自助Check in, 入住前會收到酒店電郵, 要求提供入住人的資料(包括要求上載護照副本)，然後會電郵你的入住code 以辦理check in。
到達酒店後，有一部pad check in, 再次要求提供入住人的資料，但如果你入住前已填寫，佢已經儲存左，唔需要再填, keep 住下一步便可以，之後要拍照護照，然後同職員視像 , 確認每一入住人身份同資料，之後就得到大門同房門密碼。
由於我係一張訂單, 訂2間房, 但完成後 先發現只有一間房。 我要再落大堂辦理, 但由於沒有任何職員，枱上只有日本電話號碼同電郵可聯絡酒店，其實當時好徬徨，因為pad 無一個鍵可以直接聯絡酒店，我要自己手機電郵先聯絡到酒店，幸好酒店都在5-10分鐘內回覆，提供埋另一房間的code。
棟大廈應該唔係全部都係酒店房，應該係一半酒店房, 一半真係日本人住的地方，但都少見到人出入。
房間很大很乾淨 (乾淨程度有9.5 分), 東西超新淨, 很少見到酒店有咁乾淨，無可挑剔，長形枱可以坐4個人, 碗碟餐具都很乾淨, 提供的用品例如紙巾都足夠，入住4晚，放左一次毛巾在係房門。冷氣有冷暖系統，有洗衣機, 智能廁板, 最滿意係個浴室夠大, 同有乾燥功能。
"惠美須野"站 1B出口, 行10-20步就到，真係超方便，附近有便利店同"玉出"超市 (酒店步行3-5分鐘左右，好近)，同行者都很滿意酒店
如果再去大阪, 都會再選擇入住

全程自助辦理入住
訂房成功後另外會收到飯店寄來的連結，可事先完成住宿者資料登入
到時候辦理入住就會快一些
房間應有盡有
連住不會有人打掃給收垃圾，若有垃圾需要幫忙收，門上有資訊可聯絡
若地板髒房間有備有吸塵器供使用
大門、房門皆用密碼鎖進入，可避免漏帶鑰匙的窘境
飯店出去旁邊即是惠美須站
附近也有幾家24小時餐廳，
附近走路距離就可到玉出超市、便利超商
下次還是會再選擇這裡的

入住時trip.com給的認證碼，在飯店輸入時完全不正確，號碼竟然符合，那官方信件寄來那麼多次是寄假的嗎？處理了40分鐘之久，兩個小孩就在旁邊等候實在很不妥！
但地點、整潔都很好！
入主時的經驗讓人會有點擔心之後在trip.com訂此飯店

今次3人行，住到性價比高的酒店。房間大、整潔，又有廚房煮食，非常好，美中不足是浴室沒有掛鈎，有點不便。位置很好，距離地鐵站只是數步行程。去各景點都非常方便。下次到大阪會再來。

チェックイン可能な時間の明け方に到着したのですが、チェックイン番号が発行されておらず、１時間近く外で待たされてありえない状況でした。色々な手段で記載してあるところに電話したり、メールを送ったりと友人と2人で子供もいたので困りながら試行錯誤して、受付の方が来てチェックインすることが出来ました。
チェックイン出来てからは、施設の中などには満足しております。
少しでも眠って行動をしたかったのですが、一泊分の料金を損した気分になりました。
友人はホテルからなのか、こちらのサイトからなのかわかりませんが料金を返金してもらえたみたいですが、私にはそういうのがありませんでした。
その辺りも不公平な対応で残念です。
