The hotel is right by the Rhine and you can take a boat right out Room facilities are simple, but basics are all available (no accident without kettle), no air conditioning but fan (the Rhine Valley is basically cool in summer) The service attitude of the staff is good, the front desk will be very patient to explain the local tourist card policy (the previous few cities were directly deducted), the TV in the room did not work at first, but once I told the front desk there was a smiling brother to solve it Up

They were indifferent to my complaints and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. When I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with a half-hearted effort. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. Thin walls and rowdy guests made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like I was sharing a room with the entire hotel. The breakfast they provided was an absolute joke. Stale pastries and watery coffee were the only options available. It was a disappointing start to each day of my stay. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. It was a grim reminder of how important it is to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
