這個不是酒店 衹是民宿 非常差 樓下是幾個酒吧很吵 房間床單有血漬 非常臟 油煙味也很強 9月底訂了2晚 直接就沒有住 連夜找了其他酒店 巴黎最糟糕的體驗 平台也擺爛 説沒辦法退款 差差差 千萬不要訂這個 實在是太差了

We stayed here last year and did not hesitate to reserve a room for this year for the 2024 Paris marathon. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Great location , beautifully decorated with a lot of details and spacious ( renovated 4 years ago. ) Staff were welcoming and warm . Axelle, Stephan, Leslie and Farrah could not have been nicer. Housekeeping from Dena and Edna is excellent. The place is very clean. For one week we got to pretend we live in Paris as this place feels like home . We will be back. Do not hesitate to reserve a room , you will not be disappointed.

This was our first time in Paris and our stay exceeded all expectations. Every single person we interacted with at Roi de Sicile Rivoli was friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear these people enjoy their job and they made our stay perfect.
The location for first timers, cannot be beat. We walked to the Latin Quarter, the Louvre, and the Pompidou. The metro station was a block away, and the hotel is in the incredibly safe and lively Marais area which ensured there was wonderful dinning and shopping all around.
The hotel was artfully designed and exceptionally clean. We felt very pampered and cared for and we could not ask for a better experience.

Very spacious apar**ent. Comfortable bed with updated large bathroom, living room and kitchen. Excellent location to bussess, train station, Le Marais. Outstanding staff who were so helpful at all times of day/night! Made our stay in Paris incredible and a wonderful place to come home to every day!

Had a fantastic stay here. The room smelt very slightly of damp and would have been great if the TV had a channel which was in English but they were small matters and didnt affect out stay. The bar was closed on both occasions that we tried to get a drink, qas surprising. Reception were great, as was location and overall it was a nice size room.

We booked and paid for this hotel 9 months prior to our arrival. We booked a superior studio apar**ent and it was advertised as a 28sqm apar**ent which we thought was reflected in the price. When we arrived we were surprised at how small the room was, it would not have been any larger than 20sqm in total. I did enquire at reception thinking we had been given the wrong room. I was told all the studio apar**ents were the same. Had we known this we would have spent our money else where. It is common practice in large cities that rooms are priced according to the sqm of the room. This small apar**ent style hotel is in a block of private and rental accomodation, they do have their own entrance and lift.

Trendy boutique hotel, quiet at our initial check in. Rooms are a little small but probably expected and worth the trade off being in the heart of Marais. Within walking distance you can get to restaurants, shops, bars in a safe location. The Seine is also very close. Our balcony door window was defective so we were moved the following day and they gave us a bottle of champagne which was nice. The pool is romantic and no one was using it, so we had it to ourselves.
The only annoyance was the nice bar was booked one evening for a party. Im not sure how often that happens, but can be quite a racket as the loud music loomed over the hotel and into the rooms above the solarium room.

We stayed in an Apar**ent Prestige on the 2nd floor with a small balcony overlooking Rue de Rivoli. The apar**ent consisted of a living room/kitchen area, a separate bedroom with shower room off and a separate toilet. The apar**ent had everything you could want and was kept extremely clean by the first class housekeeping team. We were a little worried about noise but the triple glazed doors to the balcony meant you hardly heard a thing. The bedroom and shower room were to the rear of the property overlooking a little courtyard and again very quiet. At front of house were Stephane and Leslie who we cannot praise highly enough. They were very friendly and extremely helpful providing us with lots of advice, arranging taxis etc. We hope to return to Paris again next year and would not consider staying anywhere else.

This property was exceptional. We were upgraded to a bigger apar**ent because of a problem with the sink in our original reservation. The area was perfect, with lots of cafes, bistros, restaurants and shopping. Stephan (?) was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
