Overall experience was pretty good. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was perfect for us to stay a night, and caught a train the day after. Lot of restaurants close by, and a supermarket Monoprix opened 7 days until 11:30pm was a plus. Staff were polite and helpful, speaking both in French and English.
The only down side was not enough AC in the room, an electric fan was placed in our room, but we didn’t use it, electric fan had no way to replace AC.
Giving the price and proximity to Gare Montparnasse, I would stay there again.

During the months leading up to my stay during the Olympic Games, I encountered some difficulties with the hotel regarding payment. The room rate was unreasonably high. Fortunately, I was able to utilize Trip.com's price match guarantee, which resulted in a reduction in the overall cost of my stay.
Furthermore, I was provided with an upgrade to a comfort room for one of my reservations, ensuring that my children had spacious accommodation. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and enjoyable.
Although breakfast was included in my reservation, the options were rather limited and unappetizing. Additionally, the hotel's sole dining option, the cafe, ceased operations after 10:30 AM.
Moreover, the hotel lacked an elevator from the lobby to the lift floor, which presented a challenge when navigating the stairs with heavy luggage. The sole elevator had a limited capacity of two individuals, necessitating frequent separate trips upstairs.
In general, the stay was satisfactory.

Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!

Facilities: Microwave and refrigerator are very good, the bed is very comfortable, the tatami is very suitable for family stay, the mattress is comfortable and the bed is very wide! A family can stay, 4 people are no problem at all, slippers cost 5 euros

Normal hotel. Comfortable bed, it was cold in the room. No slippers, kettle in the room. Checked in exactly at checkout time. In the bathroom shampoo, soap and 2 towels for the body. No deposit was taken. 8 minutes from the metro

The people in the hotel were helpful and nice. The location is good, near Gare mont Montparnasse.
Please understand that there is no fridge and no AC. They said the AC will not start until some hot day. The day I visited wasn't hot, but the air in the room was muddy. The staff recommended we open the window. And give us a fan. Fresh air coming from outside, helps a lot. But there is another problem, bugs coming from outside. I understand the staff are doing their best, at least a mini fridge should be installed.
!!And they bring us a mini fridge in the room!!

The service is very good, very friendly and always answering questions. The room is small and old, but the hygiene is good. It is about 5-7 minutes away from the subway station, and there is no close look around.

UuyoacIt's just average. I booked the largest room. It's not too small, but it's mainly because there are no basic facilities. There's no refrigerator, there's a TV, but there's no remote control and there's no drinking water (it's said to be environmentally friendly, so I asked you to go downstairs to get water for drinking). Double room There is only one chair. The most terrible thing is that there is no hair dryer at all. There are quite a lot of staff, but some of them are not very friendly.

AAnonymous UserParis stayed in four or five hotels for a few days. This is the least cost-effective one. The room is very small and old. Although the window is beautiful, the window is open. The noise is quite big on the street. I was too lazy to move to continue to live, and the result was more than 200 euros directly to 400 euros mad. Later, the price of the hotel set by other platforms was quite good. There is also no quilt with blankets, the feeling of sleeping through a layer of sheets is not good, the first night gave me the cold sleep. The second day I asked the front desk for a quilt, and he looked for a long time and gave me a blanket. I said I don't want a blanket, I want a quilt.

GGuest UserI cannot compliment this 3-star hotel enough! I stayed with my daughter from 21/08 - 25/08 to see Billie Eilish at the Rock en Seine festival.
It’s location, whilst not in the centre of Paris, is just a short Metro ride from the centre (the metro is around the corner) and a very simple train journey (and short 5-minute walk) on the RER from CDG/Orly airports (see picture).
The hotel is clean, modern and exceptional value for money. We stayed in a small room, but it was perfect for our needs.
Breakfast is, as anticipated, a continental breakfast, but there was plenty of choice and the food was fresh - the omelettes were cooked to perfection!
Finally, the staff were very friendly and spoke English … which was good, because my French is almost nonexistent 😃
In summary, assuming availability, I will look to return to this hotel before booking any other hotel in Paris!

GGuest UserThe hotel is good but not 4 stars , the rooms is small but clean , the shower was very small , no body cream , no hair conditioner, etc . The view was terrible , the breakfast was good but too many people and no available tables for eat . We booked 2 rooms and in one room no toilet paper etc etc . Next time I'm Paris we will try another Hotel more close to the attractions.

GGuest UserL'hôtel avait un vraiment un gros problème 3 chambres sur 5 n 'avaient pas de chauffage, celles qui se trouvaient dans le 2 eme Batiments , une toute petite couette légère , déjà des personnes devant nous se plaignaient , nous avons pus prendre les petits déjeuner sur le moment , dommage que se soit si étroit en sous sol , le personnel ne fournissait , trop de monde , la queue pour trouver une place vers 8 h 30 . Pas confortable cette nuit d 'hôtel en ayant froid c'est pas normal , le personnel à l'acceuil sans réponse !

DDan Dan LinThis accommodation is very convenient, very close to the subway, making it very easy and fast to travel. The heating in the room is excellent, and even in cold weather, it can keep the whole space warm and comfortable, making people feel relaxed.
However, the staircase design of the accommodation is relatively small, which is slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage, especially the larger luggage may produce some collision sounds during handling. But overall, the room is kept very clean, fresh and tidy environment is impressive. If you value convenience and comfort, this is a worthy choice!
