Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien

The room is in unacceptable condition: the mattress has shoe prints, the drain is blocked, and there are no basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, or tissue) provided

The hotel isn't very close to the beach, but there's a free hourly hotel shuttle running until 8pm. The swimming pool is great with 2 cool areas for kids to play. There's a sandbox and an indoor play area. Rooms are big enough and come with a nice balcony, with a table and 2 chairs. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. The area around the hotel looks like a wasteland, but fortunately can reach a 7/11 and 2 other supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.

Centara is good hotel with good gym and good view from windows, room looks fine and wide. Hotel far away from beach side. Restaurant is expensive, no choice for poor vegetarians… They provide shuttle bus drop to the beach every hour, thanks. We stay one week without hot water in shower, reception know about this problem , but nobody help, doesn’t matter how many times I call. Fist time in my life I stay in 4****star hotel without good cleaning service, lots of insects on walls, blankets and pillows very dirty !!! There is nice swimming pool and garden inside with lots of trees and flowers. In this hotel they respect animals much more than humans, so they proud to show on the board lots pictures with cats and dogs. Nearby restaurant 1 vending machine swallow money, but give no snacks, hotel said they not responsible. Service should be better, need to find a manager with modern education to run this beautiful hotel with prosperity. My opinion if hotel gets money from international clients is better to teach stuff how to communicate with customers on American/English way, perhaps is right way to run business. Stuff is tired and boring all day long.

The place was clean, spacious, and private. If you are bringing your family, this might be an amzing place. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly. Their privatr pool has slides and private for the resort users. Bathroom was big. Very pleasant with their services. Thank you.

Great value for money. Big clean room, with nice bathroom and balcony Most of the rooms have pool view Poolarea was nice and had sun most of the day Location is a bit of, but there is a shortcut at the end of the parkinglot that leads to the beach ( 400 Meters ) Overall a nice place to stay

Great little hotel. Away from the main city area. Has a nice swimming pool area and hotel is very comfortable and clean. Very kid friendly. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Staff very accommodating. Geared towards families with video games etc....
