Pattaya Park Beach Resort

Employees are very concerned. There is no good check-in system. If you fill out this and that, why don't you explain or tell them to finish in one round? Why not take care of each customer one by one? I finished this one and walked around and messed around. Plus, at check-in, we were told to go to a table next to us that had nothing but an informal, empty table. It's like this person is a manager or something. I don't know, but it seems like he's a boss. I don't know what level. It's like I've been working for a long time and I can do whatever I want. I'm a man. At first we couldn't find a way to get to the hotel. He said he walked past us. When checking in, he asked if he couldn't find the hotel just now, right? And at that time, we walked around and asked people in the area which way to go to the hotel. Why didn't this employee tell us if he was a member of the hotel? Letting us walk around with heavy bags when they know we're looking for them. It's like he turns around and talks for a moment but we can't hear it, like he's talking to the wind. We don't even know they're talking to us. It's like telling someone when they themselves are going up to the lobby as well. If you want to know what it's like, go try it yourself, but I don't recommend it. The room was not very clean, the elevator was old, the surroundings were dark, and the beach view in the room that we saw on the day we went there were not many people walking around. Good thing there is a water park.

Beautiful room, clean, good view

Great hotel, now a little dated, still good for families. Large car park inside with an amusement park, with stationary and old rides, which can be activated on request, and a water park, also a little old but ok for children. Entrance tickets are included in the price of the hotel room if the hotel is not booked online but on site, so in the end there is no difference in price between the two reservations. Fairly clean rooms, reviewable wi-fi, average breakfast, friendly staff. There is a swimming pool and you can get free towels near the reception. In front of the hotel there is a beach, like most of those in Pattaya, nothing exceptional, and immediately outside the hotel there is a night market where you can eat. Nice thing, in the hotel garden there are many squirrels.

We stayed at this hotel in May 23. All liked it. Good for Asia. The room was clean, cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water were replenished daily. Towels too. We had breakfast included. Pretty decent. Asian-European cuisine. Plus fresh fruit for dessert. There is a swimming pool and an amusement park on site, suitable for families with children. There is a restaurant on the top floor, decently priced. The sea is nearby, but we didn’t swim there, it seemed dirty. We went to Kolan. From the hotel by Uber for 80-90 baht to the ferry. You can also take a tuk-tuk, but they have their own routes that you need to know.
