I do not understand the positive comments here. This hotel is a scam 5 star hotel and should have maximum 3 stars. Terrible service and very old. Breakfast you cant choose, you get what you get! Prevent if you can, overpriced and bad quality. Location is good.

The location is abit secluded but in Pattaya are like that. The place looks very grand and the room are very spacious. Staff are nice but the hotel don’t have international plug to lent so do advise bring one if you needed it. Breakfast are good. Recommended to stay with family and definitely will go back again if going to Pattaya again

酒店住了好多次，感覺還是蠻方便的。就早飯感覺一般一般。早上的花色很少，而且合適中國人的東西也不多。其他一些環境條件還是蠻不錯的

Большой плюс этого отеля -расположение. Но номера конечно очень уставшие. Большая проблема была с кондиционером. Когда его включали, замерзали. А спать без него в жару то еще удовольствие. Завтраки хорошие, но не понимаю зачем на egg station готовить яичницу и омлет заранее?! Они же остывают.

Приехали в отель 24 февраля 2024 года. При оформлении на стойке в течении 30минут, не могли найти нашу бронь, потом сказали у вас не оплачено. Вернули паспорта и отвернулись. У нас было забронировано и оплачено два номера на 4-х взрослых. Нас как будто не видели. После длительного перелёта, трансфера с Бангкока, хотелось попасть в номер и отдохнуть. Одним словом нервы пощекотали и было очень неприятно. Такое ощущение, что кроме Букинга там не знают , других бронирований. По всему остальному, претензий нет. Удачное расположение отеля, удобные номера и порядок.
