We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and both meals were second to none, as was the service! I highly recommend a trip here if even just for the food!. The hotel is lovely and the surrounding grounds and swimming pool welcoming! We look forward to staying as guests next time!

From the serene ambiance to the impeccable service, our stay was truly exceptional. One aspect of our visit that truly stood out was the delightful breakfast., then, we had the opportunity to participate in the sheep herding and milking experience, which provided us with an authentic glimpse into rural life. It was a unique and educational encounter that allowed us to connect with nature and appreciate the intricate workings of a traditional farm. Moreover, the olive oil and cheese tasting session was an absolute delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the knowledgeable staff guided us through a sensory journey, sharing their expertise and passion for the local produce. Lastly, the staff - their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality were the epitome of exceptional service. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they catered to our every need, always with a smile. Their politeness and friendliness were evident in every interaction, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

Uma agradável surpresa numa visita pelas Portas de Ródão e pela sua Vila Velha. Na hora de escolher onde jantar a nossa primeira opção não estava disponível e ainda bem! A alternativa foi o restaurante Meio do Nada que em boa hora ficámos a conhecer, onde fomos muito bem recebidos. As entradas e a tábua de carnes estavam maravilhosas, não deixando espaço para as sobremesas ( infelizmente). A simpatia natural do staff é muito acolhedora. Voltaremos seguramente para repetir e experimentar coisas novas. Os alojamentos da Herdade pareceram igualmente muito convidativos, certamente vão ser opção num futuro próximo. Muito Obrigado.

Perfeito para famílias, tudo 5* Adoramos, ficamos na casa do lagar, a limpeza incrível, o pequeno almoço cumpriu o propósito , a simpatia das funcionárias também muito boa. Comer no restaurante Meio do Nada, estava tudo muito bom. A simpatia da empregada de mesa foi muito notável. Certamente, voltaremos. 🍀🙏🏻

Fui jantar com jantar com a minha esposa, começou mal, logo na marcação, o número que aparece na NET é do alojamento a menina que atendeu o telefone ficou muito zangada porque o número está errado e após 3 minutos de conversa estragada lá deu o número do restaurante. Ok reserva feita!!! De entrada uma tábua com 3 triângulos de queijo da região e de boa qualidade e um salpicão de qualidade sofrível, pedi um bife premium a minha mulher chocos, o acompanhamento foi rigorosamente igual para os dois pratos .... O bife 🥩 esteva muito duro e sem sabor o choco não estava mal mas o acompanhamento de batatas assadas e mangusto de castanhas e couve não ligaram com choco e tb mal com o bife. A sala é banal o serviço é fraco falta mais 2 empregados para ajudar a solitária e simpática empregada. A vista e o enquadramento são fantásticos

Simplesmente surpreendente... Ali, "No Meio do Nada"! É louvável a amabilidade, o profissionalismo, a simplicidade e a solicitude dos colaboradores, desde a receção, ao serviço de restaurante e ao pequeno almoço. Muito agradável, mesmo, tanto as instalações como o excelente atendimento, em todas as vertentes. Parecia estarmos em família... Adorámos o quarto, muito bem decorado, com total higiene e ótimas condições. A paisagem é magnífica, e aquele silêncio... aquela paz... o chilreio dos passarinhos... Ficámos muito bem impressionados! Parabéns pelo trabalho de equipa desenvolvido e pelo espírito empreendedor!

Onde podemos passar o dia na piscina, ou visitar as ovelhas, onde fazem um queijo magnifico que aconselho a comprarem, o azeite também da Herdade, podemos pescar no lago com um barco ou nas margens, um restaurante onde podemos comer e saborear queijos, presunto ,carnes , peixes e sobremesas deliciosas, experiência a repetir e que aconselho.
