I was deciding between 2 and 3 stars but he bed is comfortable and the gym is nice. Breakfast is your average type. My room was pretty clean minus something blackish on the tub wall. My air conditioner soaked the carpet, my iron did not work and I had no hangers. They did bring me them pretty prompt when I asked. My colleague came in at 9pm and there was some confusion whether she booked 2 rooms. At midnight, someone from the desk called her to ask her if she booked 2 rooms. At Midnight!. Walls seem a little thin as I could hear lots of noise in the hallway and the people walking upstairs. I wouldn't stay again.

Huanpeng Hotel is basically the more reliable American Express hotel. Breakfast is the most convenient place. It is more suitable for the habits of Chinese people. The hotel is located near the airport. It is more convenient and operates in accordance with the standard mode. Parking is also attractive. point

OVERALL STAY: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Close to a lot of attractions. Only two issues the rooms: rooms are NOT very clean and COVID-19 precautions. ROOMS: The first room assigned looked as if no one had cleaned. The second room looked as if the bed was made, fridge clean, and bathroom was SPOT checked. The floor nasty. Didn't even take my socks off the entire stay. Shower, disgusting. I refused to shower there (thank goodness my house is an hour away). The safe was filled with trash. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: With Covid they should take better cleaning measures to ensure the risk of spreading is cut. Even some staff members didn't wear masks, despite the multiple signs stating it was a requirement to enter the establishment. If guests are expected to follow this rule, staff members should also. I personally wouldn't not recommend but if you have no other choice at least you are ensured a bed.

The only thing I have an issue with is the fact that it says breakfast is included in the price but I never receive breakfast.

The hotel is located in the Chinatown of Philadelphia, close to the city hall of Philadelphia and the city hall. You can get to Penn by subway. Unfortunately, in a hurry, I didn't have a good meal in Philadelphia Chinatown.

The important thing to note about me is that my #1 priority in a hotel is that its clean and has a bed and a shower. If you are just looking for a place to sleep than this will do. I don't generally need a lot of fuss and in those categories it excelled. The location was also great because we could leave our car parked and walk everywhere. The cost for what it was though was too high as it was just a budget hotel. Also, the refrigerator froze everything ruining my salad and not just a little, it was cold enough that it caused several sodas we had in there to burst. The drain in the tub did not drain. It was not really clear whether there was daily cleaning service or not, I know a lot of places stopped doing this during the pandemic but usually its noted somewhere or they tell you. The first day they didn't come but the second day they did come in and make our beds and leave fresh towels. This was kind of an issue because there were four of us and three towels and nowhere to hang them up. The highway was a little loud but it didn't bother us.
