We stayed at the Bear house with our family. The experience we had at this Ranch was nothing less than spectacular in every way! The most noteworthy accolade should go to the attentive/courteous/helpful/knowledgeable staff that was there to take care of our every need, always greeting you with a smile and an offer to assist you in any way they could. This trip was full of "firsts" for our family. From shooting, to horseback riding, to skiing, dining and beyond! The food and drinks were top notch and the friendly servers were there to take care of our every need with a smile. Simply stated, it's hard to put into words the remarkable time that we had at this ranch, but if a picture can say a thousand words, I can tell you that our family took more pictures during this trip than at all our other getaways combined! We hope that we can be lucky enough to return back here again sooner than later. If your family is considering a trip here, don't think twice about it! Until next time.....Happy Trails!

This was an absolute dream of a getaway. From the accommodations, food, staff, variety of unique activities and natural beauty you won’t regret booking a stay. At first you may not realize how much is included in this all inclusive-it’s above standard. My favorite activity was capturing the resort, wild life and natures fall beauty. The wranglers were so awesome-horse back riding through the mountains was equally thrilling. UTV rides through out the property and then there’s the spa. Erika was wonderful. With staffing issues at many places that is not the case here. They are friendly knowledgeable and go the extra mile. From Claire ( picked us up from Missoula) to Candace at the front desk I could go on and on because they all contributed to the experience.

This was one of the best vacations we ever went on! We stayed in the wrangler cabin, and it was perfect. The property is stunning and there is so many activities to do for all ages. Everything about this place is pure luxury and the staff goes above and beyond! They take care of every little detail from the moment you touch down in the airport to the moment you leave. The food is one of the best parts about the stay. We were blown away by the quality and variety! Every meal is entirely different and all delicious. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We recently had another fantastic stay at The Ranch at Rock Creek, and somehow, it just keeps getting better. We’ve been fortunate enough to visit several times now, across different seasons, and each experience has been uniquely special. The setting is simply breathtaking—wide-open spaces, a clear, rocky river running through it (hence the name “Rock Creek”!), and stunning mountain views. But what really sets it apart is how perfectly they balance luxury with that cozy, rustic vibe. Everything, from the beautifully designed cabins to the guided activities, was just perfect. The activities are a big part of why we love it so much. Our kids, aged 8, 11, and 12, couldn’t get enough of the horseback riding. The guides were incredibly friendly and made sure everyone felt safe, even when we had a close encounter with a massive moose! Fly fishing was another highlight—we’re total beginners, but the instructors were patient and helped us catch some fish. We also had a blast with archery, shooting, and I even managed to squeeze in a relaxing visit to the spa, which was awesome. One of the best things about The Ranch is the staff. They’re some of the warmest, most attentive people we’ve ever met in all our travels. From the moment we arrived, they were completely focused on making sure everything was perfect. And we can’t forget Chef Josh! He’s been there for years, and the food is always a highlight. We always look forward to his incredible meals. The kids loved the Rangers Club too—it was a hit with them, and it gave my wife and me the chance to enjoy a great dinner alone. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We are leaving today and so sad we couldn’t stay longer. This is truly a special place where you can just enjoy yourself in the best ways. The food was excellent from start to finish. The staff knew our kids and were so friendly and warm. The guides love what they do and that totally rubs off on you. I’m a city girl that LOVES fly fishing now? How did that happen? We are really grateful for the love and care the guides and staff showed us during our stay. The facilities are curated with a stylish creativity I haven’t ever seen before. We can’t wait to return. It’s a special place ran by a very special group of folks.

We brought our family to RRC to celebrate our 10th anniversary and a 50th birthday. We anxiously awaited this vacation for a year and had high expectations. It exceeded anything we could’ve imagine! We stayed in the Grayling canvas cabin with our 3 children, ages 8, 7, and 4. The accommodations were impeccable. We were in a canvas cabin, and there was still not a speck of dust or dirt to be found! Kudos to the housekeeping. Food and drink options were endless and outstanding. One of our kids’ favorite things was putting their robes on and walking across to get pastries and juice from the Blue Canteen each morning. And the Totem Pole mocktail was an evening treat for them from Granite Lodge bar. The activities were so fun, and the Flint Forest Rangers activities allowed my husband and I to fly fish, take a trail ride and go to the spa! The kids loved the saloon in the evenings and playing with the other children. Thank you to all of the staff for being so patient and engaging with the kids! We did forgo one afternoon activity because we wanted some time to take in the property. It is so beautiful, but if you plan a morning and afternoon activity for every day of your stay you won’t have time to appreciate all of the special spaces around the ranch. It’s been almost a year since we visited RRC and our children still talk about it like it was yesterday and wear their tie-died Flint Forest Ranger tshirts proudly! Thank you, Brooke, for taking such good care of us and making us feel like family.

We had the pleasure of spending Christmas this year at the Ranch at Rock Creek. Initially, I was unsure of spending the holiday away from home, but it was absolutely wonderful. The ranch did such an amazing job making the holiday special. Every building was decorated with lights, and wreaths, warm fires were always lit in every fireplace, Christmas music played in all the common areas, and the food was everything you could wish for over the holidays. On Christmas day we were able to go skiing up at the nearby mountain, and the ranch catered a beautiful lunch outside in the snow with fire pits, hot drinks and beautifully set tables. It was something we will absolutely remember forever, so such a big thank you to all of the employees working on the holiday! The absolute highlight of our trip was the horse program. My daughter and I are avid riders, and we were able to ride almost every day. The private trail rides were absolutely amazing, and tailored to our skill level. Riding in the Montana wilderness and loping up mountains was absolutely magical. We had the pleasure of riding with Kim, Gracie, McKenna and Aubrey, who were all so knowledgeable, kind and fun to ride with. The horse program here is truly outstanding. The horses are so well cared for, and 1000% safe, but still with lots of get up and go when asked. We were able to ride Jelly, Tank, Kirk, Buckaroo, Conway, Quincy, China and Aussie. All of these horses were very special, wonderful, patient, beautiful horses. Thank you for making this ranch such a special place. We highly recommend, and will remember this Christmas for the rest of our lives.

We wish we lived at The Ranch. What an amazing experience!! My husband and our two young daughters visited The Ranch at Rock Creek for 6 days in October 2023, the weather was beautiful - 65 during the day, 30/40 at night. The Ranch is absolutely family-friendly, accommodating & helpful - and a one-of-a-kind experience for each of us!! Our 6 year old had the time of her life as she got to spend a lot of her time with the horses, and was well taken care of by Amy during her time as a 'Flint Forest Ranger'! She built such a bond that she cried when it was time to leave; she was "going to miss Amy and Lefty (her favorite horse)". I was thoroughly impressed (& shocked!) when the wranglers told us they were going to get our 2 year old on a horse!! Well, they did!! ...And she loved it! Everything is done safely, they provide helmets and great oversite of the activities. My husband and I loved riding our bikes (with our girls) around the ranch! With the amount of DELISCIOUS food we ate (all-inclusive 5-star cuisine!!!!), we enjoyed burning some calories as we took in the gorgeous scenery! We stayed in one of their Canvas Cabins - soooo cozy!! I cannot say enough about our experience, no matter what I tell you, I still cannot explain how wonderful and magical it was. Go visit!!!!!!

Where do I start? I had to digest the trip for almost two weeks before I could write this. Ok from the pick up in Missoula to the drop off at the end of the trip - every single second was spot on.. The food - oh my goodness the food. The activities - they were supposed to offset the food, but there was always more food! (Ask for seconds if you've got the room in your belly!) That leads me to the team members from Archery, to the cutey wranglers - tiny but TOUGH; the horses - almost 80 of the prettiest and healthiest ones I've ever seen. Take a ride through the numerous meadows of sage... Not to mention all of the other activities - fly fishing, rimfire, riffles, pistols - the spa..... and the mercantile - watch out for the sip in stroll... some really beautiful items and beautiful people.. And that leads me to the PEOPLE. They are happy, loyal, and nicest I've met in my travels... a truly active vacation with all the 5 star perks - including mountain bikes for everyone's travels throughout the ranch! This is the second time at the ranch and it only has gotten better - thank you RC team - it was truly LOVELY.
