Right near both the 10 and 101. That makes it convenient to the airport. There's ample parking if you don't mind parking on dirt or around the back. Adjacent to a business park. Room was OK. But make sure it's fully operational before you decide to take it. Maintenance seems to be spotty, unavailable at times. Had a small fridge but no microwave. There is a café in the lobby with limited items; mostly breakfast stuff. Lobby can get rowdy if extended families and sports teams are staying here. But it's near shopping and restaurants and not far from Westgate, the football stadium, and the Gila River hockey center. For me, it was useful for Camelback Ranch. Just up the road a piece.

I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

Location close to many downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate to accommodate an hungry morning appetite. The cinnamon rolls were on point. I’d recommend staying here anytime. Enjoyed my short one night stay.

Had booked our room on booking.com and received a confirmation number. Two women at the counter and it took both of them to take care of one customer. So I waited and when I gave them my name and confirmation number they said I wasn't in the system. I've heard this happening from other reviewers at other hotels. We ended up paying more for a smaller room. Although the room was satisfactory, it was run down and some might call it ”a dump”. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bit of road noise but solid walls and halls quiet. Area seemed ”sketchy”. There were homeless men in the street and on sidewalk. We discovered a tent camp next to the parking lot. Not the best area but we felt safe. I just can't recommend this hotel and will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I'd say this was okay if you're looking for a budget hotel, but we didn't pay a budget price. Stay away!!

Love this hotel...it has everything in this little hidden gem of downtown PHX Bar=amazing and the staff too I am not a fan of swimming pools that's why their oasis water feature which is 18 inches of water with lounge chairs submerged is perfect to cool off in during the warm days of PHX I love events and meeting people they had so many events booked on my stay from comedy shows, live bands, DJs, and even do weddings and private catering events When I look for a hotel, I look for the fun things to do on property. Not somewhere I can get a good night rest...I'm on vacay so it better be a fun place and atmosphere! Rooms were fun and unique and the bunk beds are super comfortable too! Hands down the best place I've stayed at for awhile and staff super dope too!
