Hotels near Anthony＇s Boutique Karon Beach in Phuket

I stayed here for a few days recently and can recommend the place. It is well located opposite a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was good value (considering the prime location) and the room was clean and large. The room even had a bath tub!! The restaurant enjoys a pleasant sea breeze. Many eating venues are within a comfortable walk.

Not a bad enough hotel. The room is spacious. Cleaned upon request and necessity. Breakfast buffet with a choice of 2 porridges, soup, sausages, sausages, vegetables, fruits, scrambled eggs prepared especially for you with different fillings (delicious) yoghurt toppings, etc. The guests are almost all Russian. It’s bad that there are no Russian speakers at the reception or employees. 15 minute walk to the sea. The hotel has a super market and a restaurant, a massage parlor. The pool is clean with space for a jacuzzi. The child liked the children's pool. Nice view from the rooftop. The downside is poor noise insulation. Noisy condo.

We loved our stay here at May House!. May and her family are beautiful, kind, thoughtful people who we connected with and now are so happy to call our friends! They know the area very well and are always willing to help with any suggestions or advice. The hotel is well located in the center of Karon, near restaurants, cafes, spas and bars. The beach is also very close, about 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned frequently, had a balcony with Mountain View, and a very large, comfortable bed. It came with a kettle, refrigerator, and complimentary water and coffee everyday. If you stay in Phuket, we recommend staying at May House! They went above and beyond to give us the most memorable experience, and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you May! :)

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to the staff at the kids club, who were really attentive and caring towards the children, and the housekeeping staff, who helped to keep our room clean during our stay. The room service is very fast too. When we called to request for things, they’d almost come immediately. Besides this, there are a lot of activities for the children such as smoothie making, butterfly sanctuary and etc. There is also a private beach which is very well maintained and clean. Water activities such as snorkelling and kayaking are available at the beach. The only downside is that the hotel is abit secluded. It’s about 10-15 minutes drive to patong and there are no convenience stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this resort for families with children!

However, the majority of staff members were friendly, especially towards children, suggesting a family-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast - 8/10: The breakfast provided a good variety of food options and tasted delicious. However, it's recommended that the hotel addresses the issue of flies and mosquitoes by implementing pest control measures. Room and Facilities - 9/10: The room size was spacious, suitable for families of 3-4 people, and appeared to be well-maintained. The facilities, particularly the pool and kids' corner, were highly appreciated and contributed to the resort's family-friendly ambiance. Value - 8/10: Considering the room size and convenient location, with rates around HKD 1000 per night, Phuket Emerald Beach Resort offers good value for a family stay. Overall, Phuket Emerald Beach Resort boasts an excellent location by Karon Beach and the local market. Good impressions have remained after staying at this hotel. Great plus - location, crossing the road and you on the beach. Better not to think! The beach is magnificent, there is a palm tree along it and there is no road or buildings visible. About hotel: The room was clean, small but the rooms were enough. Of the downsides: a tough mattress on the bed and a small balcony, there is no table on the balcony. Everything else arranged, cleaned every day and quite carefully, towels changed, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc. everything was, as well as tea and coffee in bags, 2 bottles of water, filled every day. So to those who write negative reviews I want to say: It is a budget hotel, you do not forget how much it costs accommodation, we have only 2500 for two days with breakfast! For this money it is stupid to look for the minus. Yes, breakfast was scarce but not hungry, eggs and vegetables were always. There were no mosquitoes in the room, sleeped with an open balcony. Yes, the area at the hotel is not, but you have come to the hotel to sit? Here across the road a chic beach! The swimming pool is good on the roof of the 4 building where we lived, the sauna worked too. Near the night market of food. In general, for this money it is a good choice. I recommend. This place advertised for Roof Swimming pool and Breakfast availability however, after I checked in I realized none of that was available till May 2023 due to a 6-month renovation. Interestingly enough there was no remodeling, renovation or construction going on. I brought that to the staff's attention and their answer was ”this is a room only facility”. Worse yet, they would not supply a second room key, or electricity key or even some ice. The main receptionist named Ms. Beauty was very nice but, overall this place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all (maybe worth half the money I paid). I'll never go back!
