Got home and at 3:30am and 5 Russians smoking dope and drinking alcohol in the reception area screaming their heads off right near my room.
I then checked out a couple of days later with the intention of booking back in for another for 10 days, and when I tried to talk to the receptionist, she treated me so badly with the way she spoke and acted, the hotel there and then lost 8,000฿ in future revenue.
Customer service was very bad. The receptionist went out of her way to be extremely rude!!
Also, their swimming pool was not in working order.

Немного неухоженный отель с сомнительными постояльцами. Но есть и плюсы- вода в бассейне циркулируется, нет депозита, вокруг куча кабаков,едален и др. Иногда громкая музыка до 3 утра с соседнего бара. Но в станд номерах без балконов почти не слышно. Слышно в номерах улучшенной категории с балконами

Vom Wave Hotel war ich sehr enttäuscht! Ich habe schon Ende letzten Jahres auf *********** gestöbert und die Beschreibung und die Fotos haben mich angesprochen: Mit 2 Pool, Restaurant, Bar und einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Restaurant und Bar existieren nicht mehr, hinter dem einen Pool (auch der zweite gehört nicht mehr zum Hotel!) eine mehrstöckige, verlassene Baustelle als Aussicht auf der Seite mit Balkonen, auf der anderen Seite sah man nur bis zur nächsten Hausmauer! Dann habe ich per Mail sowohl über die erwähnte Plattform, als auch direkt beim Hotel angefragt (noch bevor ich die wirkliche Aussicht kannte), ob denn die Standardroom auch schon einen Balkon haben, denn ich sei Raucher und wollte unbedingt einen! Falls nicht würde ich gerne ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Balkon nehmen. Keine Antwort! Als ich Mitte Februar angekommen bin bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster, ohne Aussicht, bzw eben diese Hausmauer mit ein paar Mobile-Funkantennen auf dem Dach... Upgrade nicht möglich, ausgebucht! 😒 Zum Glück hatte ich, in weiser Voraus- und Weitsicht zweiteilig gebucht: Zuerst nur mal 2 Wochen gebucht und den ganzen März erst reserviert, mit kostenloser Stornierung bis 3 Tage vor Anreise ! Habe am nächsten Tag in einem anderen, viel schöneren Hotel für den März gebucht und im Wave storniert! Ich kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen! ☹️
