Location: convenient, go to the beach to eat seafood, convenient, next to a 711. Boss: Chinese, very comfortable to communicate with. This time I brought the elderly and children, and had pies, fried cakes, wontons and pickles for breakfast, which was great. The hotel is actually quite large, but it is a bit crowded with big trees and green plants. The most exciting thing is that there is a dryer. Thailand is humid, and it feels really comfortable after drying. Also, when we checked in, it was a room on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. There were a few ******* who were still swimming in the pool after 10 o'clock in the evening and shouting loudly. The sign near the swimming pool clearly stated that swimming is not allowed after 9 o'clock in the evening, but this group of people ignored it. I really couldn't sleep well. I told the front desk staff, but they didn't listen to the management and continued to swim, shouting non-stop. Their quality is really low, *******.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

It was a very satisfying stay when I came to Phuket. I met the enthusiastic boss as soon as I arrived at the door of the hotel. He introduced us to various attractions in Phuket and helped us book various airport pick-ups and drop-offs and itineraries to Emperor Island. I must give the boss a good review. The environment inside the house is also very clean. As soon as I entered the house, I was shocked by the little elephants and swans folded with towels. They were very realistic and cute. I couldn't bear to take them apart for bathing. Hahaha. There is a big swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. Someone cleans it every day. The water is warm. I go swimming in the evening and all the fatigue of the day is gone. It's very enjoyable. The restaurant here is also worth praising. It is an open restaurant with not many tables, but each table is unique. I think the boss is really attentive to the layout. Eating here in the morning, the sun shines on the table, with the blue sky, white clouds and breeze, it's too comfortable. The taste of breakfast is also quite good. It is recommended to eat in the morning. The most satisfactory thing about the Phuket trip for a few days can be said to be this hotel. I really hope to have the opportunity to come again next time.

Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play. In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems. Oh, the boss also accompanied us to order food, because he said that takeout was too expensive, so I saved at least 100 yuan for a hearty dinner. Must be full marks💯

Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. Cleaning and service is so good. The towel is so soft. The bed is so comfortable and it’s sooooo big. So cute they have some Thai cooking class you can take. I joined the Friday night BBQ. There’s a live band and the service is so good. Thank you.

The best hotel we have ever been. The services are incredible, from every part. You can’t any default from their quality. Never experience that before. Want to return back very soon. This is the best of the best.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.
