They let us check in early when we arrived .The rooms were clean and large . The water park was a lot of fun. Wait times for rides were very short. I would highly recommend. It's a great place to stay for one night to get away with the kids.

Room is so damp, carpet felt sticky all over. Toilet bowl has stains. In the water park only one shower and changing room. Super inconvenient long lines otherwise you gotta change in the bathroom. hand soap was out or broken in the restroom. Staffs are not friendly and professional. Food options were very limited and sitting only available during certain hours. No open sitting area.

Great place for kids. I loved the atmosphere and the room was very nice and clean.
I was disappointed because there was stomping going on above us starting at 6am sometimes…realizing that this is a resort attracting children of all ages, it was understandable but very annoying.
Also, the fact that there was no cash allowed at the resort was not communicated in any of the online information which would have been helpful to know beforehand and not at check in. It would also have been helpful if you were provided with menus and pricing information for the restaurants in the resort, as well as something in the rooms that provided an overview or map of all attractions.

Great fun and impressively clean for the number of visitors. Check in and check out experience would have been better (and faster) if staff were trained properly to give guests accurate information (and the kiosks were working properly). There was some maintenance throughout the property, but that is understandable and will keep the quality up for the future. Several of the extras are quite expensive, so it's important to plan ahead for many many extra costs.

It was a Larry noise nighttime from upstairs people when he comes of food, it was not good, especially at downstairs in the water park and too much noise and nighttime way too much I will go back, only for the waterpark

The rooms are nice but I have 2 complaints about the rooms. Our room #3041 contained about 10 fruit flies and 1 regular fly that we had to kill. Also the shower needed repair. When you pull up the lever to start the shower, the water would continue to spray out of the faucet which created a flood of water to back up into the tub. If it wasn’t for those two complaints, then I would’ve given the lodge an overall five out of five.
