"This was an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable stay. The room was in terrible condition from the moment we entered. The sink was broken, making it difficult to use, and the bathtub was filthy. To make things far worse, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims basic standards of cleanliness. Hygiene was clearly ignored. What shocked us the most was discovering rotten fruits hidden behind the TV, which shows the room had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. The smell and sight were revolting. This hotel has serious cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control issues. It feels neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly advise others to stay far away unless you want to deal with dirt, insects, and broken facilities. Extremely disappointed. This place should not be renting rooms in this condition."

"My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. This place was perfect. We did get lost haha so definitely call beforehand and get detailed directions. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. If you need a blow dryer or iron you have to request it at the front desk. Main floor of the Carriage House has an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool area, hot tub, sofa with large flat screen over a fireplace, pool table. Game room through double doors with video games and another pool table. We stayed in a mini suite which was nice and quaint. Small kitchen as you enter; pots, plates, bowls, glasses, toaster, microwave, large fridge and utensils available. Electric stove, oven and dishwasher. A paper towel roll was supplied. Bathroom is nicely supplied with soap, toiletries, extra supply of towels, soaps, mini lotion, q-tips, shampoos and conditioners and even a sample shampoo/conditioner for men by Axe. Toilet and sink are new and modern. The wooden walls make you feel like you're in a sauna. Nice touch! Laminate floor running through kitchen and bathroom. Living room had a tv and a corner dining area. The rug, which also runs into the bedroom, is really soft and had been vacuumed. Large windows facing trees makes for a private feel. The bedroom is a large size with an equal size window. A mirror and bureau. The bed is King size. Overall just very nice. "
