I had stayed there before and loved it
It was very clean and cozy
This time it was dirty. The bathroom had mold, the towels were stained, no toilet paper

Floors are filthy and very dusty comfator had all kids of holes especially burn holes bathroom sink leak and shower was very filthy

You can choose non smoking & smoking room, some room can't receive wifi, the staff will change another room for us. Its ok for me.

I liked that my room was clean and that the staff was nice. I didn't like that some of the buttons on my TV remote control were hard to press and that there were two flies in my room.

The ice machine was non-functional. The WiFi was useable, but was cut off early, along with our room key on the day we were leaving.

While it is clean, room air conditioning didn't work very well. There should be coffee makers in the rooms.

Only one tv station. If there was Wi Fi, the room didn't note the code.
The motel is a great value in comparison to other places to stay in the Hartford area.

Needed a room for business trip in area. Location is convenient to Middletown, CT. Provided no-frills at reasonable cost. Both stays had indication of missed towel in bathroom from previous person. Main concern is that the security lighting outside bleeds through the blackout curtains. The room seems recently updated, but some furniture is old and worn.
