The room initially, when entered, smelled like old dirty clothes and stinky shoes. We left the fan on continuous, and since we were not there the whole time, that seemed to somewhat freshen the air. It was pretty bad initially.

This hotel charges for service animals. Overall, the room was clean except for the stains on the rugs. Good for 1 night stay.

Plain breakfast. I read other reviews and descriptions that clearly stated that this would include a full breakfast, and nope. Tons of bread and diary. It’s not bad, it’s just not good nor healthy. Otherwise it was a fine stay.

The air conditioner was the best . Especially when Pueblo hit one houdred and ten degrees. The staff were nice and accommodating. The are around the hotel is not safe. But Pueblo is a poor city and a lot shady people in the area of the hotel.

Trains pass by the property. During my stay there was one at 4am and 6am. Hotel doea provide complimentary ear plugs.

It was comfortable. But there is a loud freight train right next to the back of the building. REALLY loud. 2 times a night.
Also, I was startled awake at 12:30am by someone trying to get into my room. 10 minutes later I again jolted awake by the front desk who wanted my name because they didn’t have my reservation in their system. However, I checked in at 2pm and had been there all day.
Get your system straight people. So between the train and intruder, I barely slept. When I asked for a late check out I was told it would be $25 for 2 extra hours. Which I didn’t need.

Limited breakfast. I'm not much on carbs. But it was clean and the dining staff were very good as was the hotel check in, both very professional.

The people at the front desk were wearing some kind of scent. My wife had to go outside and use her rescue inhaler. She has a kind of asthma that is effected by cleaners and perfumes. The room was ok.

For the price, it is an above average property. I would recommend staying her for a quick stop, like a road trip. I would not stay here longer than 2 days. It’s near train tracks and you can hear the train really loudly in the middle of the night.
