Non existing service from check-in to transport to reservation to restaurant. Grumpiness throughout across all staff. There seems to be a management problem?!

Pros - Beautiful rooms They custom kids food and serve fresh Cons - Restaurant service needs improvement , just one restaurant terrazzo which serves limited options . Multi cuisine restaurant terrazzo does not serve pizza and mountain bar serves only pizza and Italian finger food no pasta , it’s a very small place which shuts down post 6:30pm , nothing to do post 7pm . Swimming pool water ice cold , better to have temperature controlled . My conversation with chef ashish was unpleasant as I requested some special food for our anniversary dinner, he couldn’t provide up to my expectations that was still ok but was rude to convey this . Need to be polite and accommodating. No indoor kids area . Nor a garden like which can provide slides swings etc

I saw mixed reviews of this place and was wondering why. Now that I have stayed here I realized it is to do with what you expect from this holiday. This Hilton is not a business hotel. It is a resort to chill and enjoy the flora and fauna. If you are expecting it to be like a business hotel you will be disappointed. But we came here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The shillim peak trek, the jungle walk, all were fantastic. The food was yum and the pool villa was outstanding. You wake up to the songs of the whistling thrush, followed by a series of birds singing. The biodiversity here is marvelous. I highly recommend shillim for a peaceful getaway amidst nature. A special shout out to Prahlad, Major Asif and Sangam. They were really sweet and helpful.

I don't even know where to begin in order to describe how horrible this place is. How shameful is the management that they take so much money per night and don't even have basic services. Firstly, this place is no longer a HILTON and. maybe that's why it's so appallingly bad that i don't even have words to describe it. In addition to some of the things described with the photos, they also failed to put the extra bed for our child in our room. Because of their mistakes we ended up eating very late and got to our room at 11pm NO BED for the child was made as promised by Sachin.

It's now called Dharana nowand it's awful. It's not a Hilton. There's a different review listing for Dharana. Pls go there. This place is Disorganised , in disarray and unprofessional. The rooms are called villa and They r cold and unfeeling snd awful. And as a practitioner of yoga and meditation and Ayurveda for 14 years , I know authenticity.

One of the best retreats I've ever been to. We styed there for an occasion. Kaustubh at the front desk was a sweetheart in making sure everything was perfect and we had the best time. He made sure to always check on us tending to our needs during this wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and staff & service is excellent. Will definitely recommend it. One of the best retreats I've ever been to. We went there to celebrate my parent's Anniversary. Kaustubh at the front desk was a sweetheart in making sure they had the best time. We booked this hotel on 18 may for two nights . We checked in by 4:30 pm .. they told us pool is on till 7 .. when we went to pool then they told us pool is shut for some event .. then they told us they will upgrade the room because we are gold Hilton honors members. it’s 3:30 and still the room is not allotted.. since 12 o’clock they are saying it will take more time .. half day already wasted .. we have a 5 year old kid with us .. two days holiday spoilt.. when I told them we will put on trip advisor they said yes u can ( staff person kisan )..
