Thank you for being easy to deal with over a change in booking due to COVID travel restrictions. Looking fwd to visiting as soon as possible. Looks like a great hotel and looking fwd to visit the region.

We have stayed with my husband for one night. The room is really basic, lacking any nice touch and amenities, there is actually nothing there. The paper cups in the bathroom , plastic flower, hairdryer is attached to the wall like in the 90s. More cons: the room isolation is really bad, you can hear someone is going to the toilet next to you :)) For the advantages: Good bed with the perfect mattress Location, it’s 5 min to the beach Very clean

My husband and I began our road trip by sailing over from the UK to Cherborug. We found this beauty of a hotel, as our first stop. A 2 hour drive from Cherbourg, we were greeted by friendly reception staff, who helped us park in their secure car park. The hotel had reserved us a space ready. (Cost €24 per day). They were very speedy on replying to messages. The hotel itself is beautiful. We got a room with a terrace, overlooking the gardens. A 5 minute walk to restaurants & bars. Great a**osphere and was lovely to sit near the water fountain with a drink and dinner. We also walked to the beach front (bar de Soleil was fabulous) which took us about 10-15 minutes. Hotel very clean and quiet. Bed comfortable - we both slept great! A lovey touch with complimentary water, juice & fizzy drink in our mini fridge. A perfect start to our holiday. Just gutted we didn’t stay another night! Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the newly opened hotel. Next to the sea, if you are driving by yourself, there are parking lots at the hotel and next to it. Because I went there in winter, there are not many tourists, the experience is very good, but if it is summer, it is estimated that there will be a lot of people. The hotel breakfast is on the 5th floor and the quality is very good. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area. After all, it is winter and few are open, but if there is a chance, I will stay again.

We first stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Trouville-Sur-Mer as part of a package deal through Brittany Ferries in August 2022, and our experience was so positive that we decided to return for 4 nights arriving Monday 7th August 2023, again through a Brittany Ferries package: We were not disappointed with our decision to return! As before, the hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned daily, and the location of the hotel is superb, just 2-5 minutes walk to the beach, and within minutes (or seconds!) walk of lots of local restaurants. A walk (or ferry) to Deauville, and the beach/boardwalk there is definitely recommended, but please see my previous review in August 2022 for more information on location, and on the hotel itself. However, the main thing which made us feel so happy to return was the staff at the hotel. All of the staff we encountered at Reception were both friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English, although occasionally my wife would ask if she could practice her French, which was always agreed to, and then embarked on a conversation in French about various things, including our usual need for milk each day for our tea. (Du lait, s’il vous plaît, pour le thé. Nous sommes Anglais!). Specific thanks this year go to Lindsay for her help and patience, although, as stated above, all Reception staff are thanked! We again emphasise to the reader the advantage of booking through Brittany Ferries as this yields a very good saving compared to booking both the ferry and the hotel independently. Overall, again, a very enjoyable stay, and we hope to come back soon! Merci beaucoup!!

The property is literally 6 minutes walking from the railway station and 10 minutes from the beach. All other places are in and around. The housekeeping staff is impeccable, the reception staff is helpful and friendly and you can leave your valuables without a doubt. Only thing missing is mini bar and a safe, but still this hotel is worth every penny.

I would like to say that everyone from each department was genuinely overwhelming of symphatizing with the guests. I appreciate the service at the restaurant. The room was amazing with a view over the beach. It is a beautiful place for your health disere. I would recommend it for family, couple and business trip 100%.

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.
