Facilities are beautiful, room is beautiful but all service people do not speak English also their training is not up to international standard. There is only few tables occupied during breakfast but the staff are missing and are not attentive. This reflects greatly on the management of this hotel

Very nice hotel, staffs are friendly and help a lot on all my needs, Tina at reception provided one by one service. The facilities, services, breakfast, Chinese food dinner and the sea view all made families happy and enjoyed the 2 nights stay. Try it and you will love it.

I have long admired Diaoyutai and finally moved in. The decoration is great, the service is great, and the environment is great. The lady at the service desk, Jennifer, is very attentive and even prepared a small gift for us. I love it. I will come again next time. I also love the breakfast.
