服務：周到熱情賓至如歸，24小時客服隨時解答問題，酒店管理到位安全放心
設施：衞生間面盆水壓較小，洗菜盆和淋浴熱水充足水壓正常，房間隔音一般
交通：步行100米就是公交車站非常方便
周邊配套：樓下有兩個小超市，很多餐廳可供選擇

至今為止最差的酒店，入住當天凌晨三點發現全身都是疙瘩，開燈找了一圈全是蟲子，小飛蟲子，蟑螂，蟎蟲超標，地板上牆上全是蟑螂。

就不是個酒店連個前台都沒有 青島自由航的大樓租了幾間房子而已 樓道昏暗 房間的床還是兩個拼起來的 定的時候是免費停車 根本沒有停車場 讓停到港口的公共停車場距離不近呀全靠走 説是走了以後產生的停車費再補給我們 定了兩間房住了兩晚 兩台車衹給一台車的停車費還沒給夠 與其交涉有説我沒看清楚網站上寫的收費 我真是無語了你自己改了就行了 我可是有訂房是的網頁截屏的 真是讓人很不爽 以後住店還是要看清楚 這種簡直住不成！

我是過了很久才敢評價的，現在已經過去兩個多月了，我現在依舊非常清楚的記着酒店有蟑螂，房東説是消殺跑進去的我是絕對不相信的！還有床單莫名其妙有黃色的不明印跡，這真的是我有史以來住過衞生條件最差的酒店！

1、房間內有蟲子，我在房間內滅了三衹蟑螂，還有一些沒殺到！
2、房間的整體燈光偏暗，家裡有小朋友想要稍微亮一點對眼睛好點。
3、床是稍微小點，有小朋友1.5米有點小了。
4、服務的小夥子絕對可以，隨叫隨到，啥問題都解決了，另外保潔做的很到位，但是有時候水安排的不到位。
5、另外最後一晚發現衞生間有異味。

屬於比較早的酒店了，但設施挺全的，房間也很大，性價比還可以，有洗衣機和冰箱，夏季出行還是挺方便的，可以看到碼頭，天氣好的話應該可以看到落日，樓下有快餐店和超市，走市區和車站還算方便
