房間乾淨，需要什麼也能及時送到。温泉感受不錯，五一假期人多就顯得池子有點擁擠，不過也能理解，玩得還是不錯的。免費的早餐很豐盛（如圖）但晚餐就差了很多意思，還需要加強。畢竟周邊能吃飯的地方很少，你把晚餐自助搞得豐盛些，價格再提一提也行啊

帶媽媽去的，因為買温泉門票衹能一次進入温泉，就訂了温泉酒店的房間，這樣可以多次進入温泉，給前台小姐姐贊一個👍服務熱情周到，還給升級了房間，升級後的房間是和温泉在同一棟樓裏，在房間換好泳衣浴袍直接下樓就到温泉了。温泉很不錯，老媽很喜歡，春節後了，人也少，入住當天泡了一下午温泉，第二天也泡了兩小時，老年人越冷越喜歡泡熱水澡，這個馬屁算是拍對了。室內有兩個小的泡池温度不高，還有一個戲水+按摩池，室外一個大温泉池，3個小池，温度都在37度以上，最高的有42度，前一天下午室外3個小池其中有兩個不是很乾凈，仔細看有少量漂浮物，但不影響，因為人少嘛，挑喜歡的挑乾淨的泡就行了，反正室外3個空池都沒人，第二天室外温泉都很乾凈而且全沒人，反正人少怎麼都好説。室內有幾家帶小孩玩水的，人也不多。體驗效果非常好，基本可以滿分了。贈送的酒店早餐很豐盛，衹是牛奶是奶粉沖泡的，水又多了，太稀，不好喝，但咖啡不錯，飯菜也豐富多樣，老媽很滿意

從威海麼洗舒服又來到青島泡 優點一句話概括就是水乾淨 温度適宜 飯好吃 服務熱情
咱來説説需要改進的地方 為啥要説呢 是希望老闆看到 能真正做到走出山東 走向中國的温泉喃寶萬…因為改進一下細節還是有這個實力做的
一：早餐有咖啡了 要給配吐司和果醬黃油麪包機啊 咖啡配咖啡杯啊 不要用湯碗啊
二：温泉你都那麼乾淨那麼新那麼漂亮了 你就不能讓人家洗出澡來抹上點香香麼 一瓶潤膚露才多少錢啊
三：既然住宿那麼新 那麼漂亮了 也知道有很多小朋友光顧了 咱就直接作成親子酒店咋樣呢 一部分親子房間也是可以改造的 弄上一個大床一個小床 弄上孩子洗漱用品 弄上親子元素圖案 你大膽加價 就你那個大操場 就你那個餐食和温泉 我相信 絕對走出山東 多學習一下 南方的一些細節 咱們絕對中國青島温泉第一了 有這個實力 才費這麼多口水苦口婆心 別浪費這麼好的環境 服務和設施 加油

雙人不限次温泉:和媽媽去的次數最多的一家温泉店 也住過房間帶私湯的房間 網絡預訂、電話預訂都比較方便 停車方便 是比較正宗的海水温泉 媽媽每次泡完都覺着身體輕鬆很多 所以很喜歡 之前印象一直很好 衞生好、服務到位、景觀好、設施完善、早餐可口，每次晚上都會送一個小果盤，精緻好吃，跨年那天晚上外面還放了煙花，很開心。因為冬季、夏季都去玩過，本次發現一些體驗感不如之前的地方，列舉如下：
1.設備反常（或操作延誤）：之前9點多過去，所有設備都可以正常使用，1月1日，室外其中兩個温泉池在上午11點還未進入可使用的正常温度，鹽盤池躺板、房間温度也偏低。有點反常，諮詢了巡視人員，説外面是降温慢，裏面是升温慢，但是我們在温度高、温度低的季節都去過那裡，都是9點所有設備都可以正常使用的。
2.管理方面，聽到巡視人員對於手環的管理方式似有不滿，以至於討論聲愈演愈烈，對視後才停止。手環方面我前後體驗倒是沒有太多變化，可能管理人員更費心思吧，或許還是要多聽一線人員意見。
3.早餐，1月1日早上第一次去齊魯廳吃早餐（很多圓桌子的餐廳，也可能記錯名字），之前去的隔壁廳，餐點更多，1日早上的餐廳餐點偏少，飯菜偏涼。
4.是否要改名字？在某音上看到同樣地址、外觀但不一樣價格的團購套餐。

總體來説非常滿意，員工非常熱情，體驗感很好，酒店也比較乾淨，就是最近可能人不是特別多，開的池子比較少，希望下次可以多體驗幾個。
提一點小建議：泡温泉提供的女士拖鞋穿起來腳底板特別疼，希望能有所改善～
下次會帶着其他家人一起去的～

從一進門保安開始就服務很好，非常對得起工人療養院的名字，看來老賓館確實是有底藴的，設施很新，訂的雅緻給免費升級成了豪華，房間特大，很乾凈，還專門挑了個帶陽台的，必須好評，無限次温泉很爽，尤其是户外，水質出乎意料的乾淨，因為是錯峯所以人流量也很舒適，晚餐吃的自助，能看出來廚師很專業，口味不錯
