Qingdao Litian Hotel（May Fourth Square）

I booked this downtown hotel for Xu Song's concert, and I have to say the location is absolutely fantastic. You open the curtains and there's a stunning sea view – truly amazing! The bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly functional. The staff were also very friendly, and the housekeeping lady was so kind to help me change the sheets 👍. The subway, Yan'an 3rd Road station, is super close, and there was even Xu Song's pop-up store right across the street. All in all, a perfect trip!

The room was clean and tidy, and I particularly appreciated that the towels and bath towels were individually wrapped, which made me feel very secure using them. The staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were convenient to use and all very new. The hotel's location is especially good, and it offers excellent value for money.

Excellent! Super convenient location, right above the subway station. It's close to the beach, and just one stop away from May Fourth Square and MixC Mall. The famous Kaihai restaurant's main branch is also nearby. The room windows are large, offering expansive views whether of the mountains or the sea. The room was clean, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. We stayed on the tenth floor, and the cleaning staff (Ayi) were prompt and very friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

Lobby bar Americano (2 cups): Very good, quite tasty. Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Hygieness: Very clean. Environment: Very beautiful. Service: Very attentive. The rooms are equipped with white pure cotton bedding, dark wood headboards, private bathrooms (with separate wet and dry areas), individual air conditioning, LCD TV, high-speed WiFi, and multiple power outlets to meet daily rest and basic office needs.

I booked a suite, and although there was a minor hiccup during check-in, it was resolved perfectly. The service attitude was impeccable. We received complimentary welcome fruits, mini-drinks in the fridge, and even snacks for the kids – so thoughtful! The room was very cool with air conditioning, and there was a building block table and a children's tent for the little ones. It was definitely a proper sea-view room. It was the most comfortable night's sleep we had during our entire stay, a shame we only stayed one night. In the evening, we enjoyed dinner in the room while watching the light show; the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside was having just one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient, and it wasn't well-ventilated, so odors lingered after use. Other than that, everything was excellent. The breakfast was also a highlight, very rich and satisfying for my parents. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. The hotel even calls ahead to ask if you're driving and reserves a parking space for you. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the room was very clean. Waiter No. 10 was also incredibly friendly. They even prepared a birthday card and snacks before we checked out – so thoughtful! All the staff at the front desk on the first floor were very helpful and provided excellent service. Despite being an older hotel, the facilities are very new. Compared to other hotels in the area, it offers great value for money. They also sell delicious snacks right outside the hotel entrance during lunch. It's really easy to get anywhere from here.

The service was excellent. They gave my baby a small toy upon check-in and offered cookies at check-out, which my child loved. The front desk can also receive packages for you. The entire room is smart-home enabled. The staff on the 20th floor were incredibly patient and always smiling – service gets full marks. The hotel's location is convenient, with a subway and bus stop within a 5-minute walk, and the beach is just a bit further. It's really good. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but then again, a bigger room would definitely cost more. I also checked out the gym; it looked very clean. If I get the chance to visit Qingdao again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel! First and foremost, hygiene is my top priority, and this hotel has implemented many thoughtful innovations, such as sealed towels and sofa covers. Second, the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. Each floor has self-service washing machines and microwaves, and you can even borrow fruit knives. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 17th floor – she was incredibly responsive to all our requests. Third, the hotel has embraced digital empowerment, and the 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' smart assistant added a lot of convenience to our stay. Fourth, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and the views are lovely. Suggestions: The toilet and bathroom are a bit small, and the floor can be slippery. Improving this would be more beneficial for elderly guests. I hope they offer more discounted long-stay packages in the future. I'll definitely be back!

I came to Qingdao from Shanghai to relax, and the moment I walked into the hotel, seeing the front desk lady's smiling face and hearing her kind voice, it felt like coming home. She even gave me a free room upgrade. Through the window, I could see mountains in the distance straight ahead and the sea to the side – it was truly beautiful. Also, the cleaning lady tidied my room spotlessly every day, neatly folding my clothes. The attention to detail was excellent, and she always greeted me with a smile in the hallway.
