clean, good service,good location, close to subway, close ro shopping center .

It is walking distance to the metro and a huge shopping malls. Starbucks is just down stairs. Perfect place for business travelers that uses metro to work and wanted to take a walk after a long day at work; May Forth Square

Great location. Our room temperature was finally perfect after the third room. Service staff was very helpful. Overall had a great stay at the Westin.

The Westin is in a great location opposite Mixc with a metro station nearby. It's very near the sea, just a short 10 minute walk away. The hotel is what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb, mix of Western and Asian food. Did some swimming, and used the sauna. Great experience.

Nice hotel and ok location close to the May 4th monument. Our room was not cleaned on the 1st night but they did bring clean towels straight away. At breakfast we were seated at a dirty table and the server was not happy when we ask it to be cleaned. The breakfast food was good and the bed was comfortable.

Very good service and beautiful location. Close to commercial center. Easy to transfer to other place with public transportation.

Room was amazing, but I expect more for Westin with that price

Disappointing experience due to some confusing information about the food services. When i checked in at 6pm, I was told that the main restaurant was already closing and that I should order from room service. The instructions for room service were misleading and hard to follow because of new qr codes that were not properly connected to the hotel system. The phone next to the menu (and the bed) and menu card with instructions did not work. At one point, I went down to the lobby to ask for help. After three hours of trying to get food, i gave up and left the hotel to find a restaurant. As a result, I did not have enough time to use the pool, which was my main reason for checking into the hotel for the last day of my vacation to celebrate my birthday. Someone from the front desk tried to help, but I think there was a lot of confusion about the qr codes. I could leave more details, but I will just say that later that night I found other instructions about dialling 0 later in very small print. If it had been clearer, I would not have used the QR codes which were far bigger than the text about dialling 0. The bathroom was nice, but a bit worn down. The breakfast could be better. Definitely did not feel like a Westin experience.

Always good choice for Qingdao City I have been staying here since it has been opened in 2014 and the standard remain the same great maintenance to the Management and Staff

Good location and service

Waited a while to check in. At breakfast, the food is good, but the service isn't. There is a little old man with a cart who speeds through the aisles. Bumped twice, possibly on purpose. Tried to get in the car after check out. Doorman was overbearing. Floor 54 service was good. Everything else was good.
