真是一次特別的住店經歷:
1.環境：官網寫2019年裝修，實際樓很舊了，不僅很舊、很臭、窗户和過道屬於那種不透風不透光的，陰森森的感覺，地毯又臟又臭，洗浴房玻璃還是裂了的。
2.空調：從下午5點開到晚上11點，怎麼房間的温度從23度升到了27度？！把控制温度調到0度了也不製冷，於是電話前台上來處理：天氣不熱空調不冷…我都睡出一身汗了都…最後給我拿了台電風扇算是度過了一夜…
3.早餐：無法形容，吃了兩口走了…
4.發票：前台小哥説：我是新來的，不知道怎麼開…最後開的金額還比我實際付款的金額少…
在廣東常年出差住維也納，這對不起維也納這個名字…鬱悶至極

太差了，強烈非常不滿意，砸了維也納的招牌。 這也能叫豪華大床房！！！
首先，樓下早上噪音太吵影響睡眠，睡眠極差，六點被吵醒。 我定這個酒店最主要是看酒店在裏面不在馬路邊上，結果這一家酒店是後面是一個貨場，6點大車在走，手推車在長距離拖行過程中實在太吵。 不能忍。
其次，新開的房，一進入，房間是臭的，臭的。 這是維也納酒店，不是三好酒店啊。 通風半個小時，才散去。 這是旅遊五一假期中的一天，晚上快九點，竟然還要通風。
再次，開了房，資料全都要，很正常，操作了一段不短時間，終於做好門卡手續，但上樓竟然開不了門。 開不了門，等了半天，也開不了門，最後衹能換了間房。前面在幹嘛！！！ 五一人員繁忙，但這樣好嗎。
最後房間沒有拖鞋，打了前台電話，十分鐘沒有送上
來，打了第二個電話過了很長一段時間才送。 好我接受，五一人員繁忙。 但是房間插座都沒電，這是什麼酒店， 説啥 跳閘了。呵呵。 晚上11點來修。
請問下，這是什麼酒店，2周前住維也納珠海長隆店，天差地別。 圖片附上2周前照片，2歌維也納照片，這2個竟然都是維也納
