There are many types of breakfast, more than many international restaurants of the same level, but the taste can be improved a bit Although there were only two bottles of water in the guest room, I called to ask for 4 bottles and 4 more bottles were given as a gift. There is really nothing wrong with traveling by car with friends, because the main focus is on having fun. If you want to go on vacation at the Sheraton or New World Resort, that is another matter. Then he said that it was originally a gift, what a mess of service, and it was still five stars. The service of the hotel is so troublesome for guests with such small things. Originally, a family of young and old came from Guangzhou to Qingyuan to help your hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. They were attracted by your so-called five-star brand. The environmental sanitation and service were quite satisfactory before. , I came here happily, especially Ms. Xie at the front desk of the hotel, the room cleaning lady and other services are very good. The service attitude is good, which makes people feel more happy about staying in the hotel. I also left a message of praise for the room. I hope the hotel will become better and better. The better, Qingyuan is getting better and better. I really didn't expect that the last afternoon tea service was so sorry to the guests. The waitress's behavior not only harmed the guests' consumption interests, but also damaged the original good image of your international hotel, and also damaged the entire Qingyuan tourism. Culture, hotel culture, cultural tourism image, the good impression I had on Qingyuan International Hotel, as soon as it passed through your hands and was given by you, has been wiped out by you and I don’t know where to go. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

Hotel is amazing , Neat and clean , completely upto the standards of Hilton , Breakfast was good , The best is the Service from the Entire staff . Very Very Impressive . First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

Facilities: It is a very sentimental place. It used to be very expensive. The decoration is a bit older, and the old style is also very noble. Hygiene: clean and tidy, Environment: A forest of trees, a good mountain living environment, and the hot spring water is first-class Service: Friendly and accommodating, convenient check-in

We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in China. I say this because of the customer service. I've never received this level of top tier customer service at any hotel I've been to in China and I'm big on travelling. From the persons who clean the room up to the manager were just amazing. Very much foreigner friendly!! When you check in at the front desk you're greeted with the a hot rag and some tea. I love that. Any issues/concerns we had was dealt with immediately! The breakfast was also very good! The best part was how clean not just the rooms were but the entire hotel. Everywhere is CLEAN, the beds are soft and comfortable and the air is very good. I also loved that the room is equipped with a built in speaker in the bathroom! Just WOW. The staff are so kind especially the manager! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Qingyuan.

We took the train from Guangzhou to Qingyuan city ,it takes only 30 min . My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

The first choice hotel for family travel. I also came here to take a stroll during the National Day. Who knew this hotel was beyond my expectation? It’s just off the highway. I’m very satisfied. Looking forward to trying hotel dining next time
