酒店衞生非常差勁，鏡子有不明污漬，淋浴區有之前客户遺留用過的牙刷，洗手枱有不明液體殘留，水漬黴菌就不説了，不明白色膏狀殘留，洗手盆還有**？？？真夠吊的啊，敢情上一房玩得花，你們也可以不打掃對嗎？價格還比其他酒店同類型房間貴幾十，卻是這樣的環境，有夠辣雞的！

房間與圖片不符，有虛假宣傳的嫌疑，猜測酒店宣傳圖裡的房衹有一間，全靠抽獎
低樓層的大床房懷疑是麻將房改的，環境特別差，高樓層廁所有乾濕分離，低樓層沒有，入住建議選擇高樓層
衞生：床單被子不太乾淨，有污漬，睡床上覺得身上瘙癢
環境：天花板發黴，隔音差

1.房型首圖和房間不符，存在欺騙嫌疑。
2.前台素質極差，我向前台反應房間和圖片不符，要求換房，她直接説:“我們房間就是和圖片不一樣，不想住你就退了吧”一副擺爛的態度，讓人很窩火！
3.房間黴味加臭味特別大，開窗很久都散不去。
4.房間在馬路邊上，特別吵。我們本來困的不行，到後半夜吵的怎麼都睡不着了。
本來開車很累，在瓊海停下來休息一下，結果被折磨一晚，早上起來頭昏腦漲！這是我這麼多年最差的一次住店經歷。
