Too far away from the centre - West street

Main problems: poor sound insulation, loud air conditioner (it turned off by itself in the middle of the night), and aging bathroom equipment.
The service staff is friendly, and the recommended restaurants, transportation, etc. are very good and clear.
The location of the hotel is close to the central area of the West Street business circle, with tranquility and convenient transportation.

5分給前台小姐姐，熱情友好。位置很好，可以步行，也可以坐小白遊古城很方便，又不像真的西街裏面車進不去。乾淨衞生，每天送兩瓶礦泉水；早餐雖然簡單，但有粥有菜有豆漿雞蛋，都是新鮮做出來的，味道不錯，泉州的油條特別好吃。
房間開始有異味，衞生間設計不太合理，房間空調比較響，這些問題也是有的；但瑕不掩瑜，酒店的性價比超高了，衹要做好衞生，其他都在可接受範圍內的。朋友來泉州玩也會推薦的。

我們訂單是有提前四小時入住服務，下着雨我們10點多到的，前台説房間沒有打掃出來，本來身上就濕了還在大廳等了半個小時，這都可以理解無所謂，而且前台小姐姐態度非常好，並且催促了打掃阿姨儘快把房間整理出來。10店半左右我們上去的，在樓道打掃阿姨沖我們兩個人翻白眼，樓道里都是裝監控的這個調監控可以看到。如果酒店滿房沒有提前退房的客人或者沒有多餘房間提供不了提前入住四小時服務可以提前聯繫我們，或者取消訂單提前入住這項服務，我們可以選擇其他酒店。我覺得打掃阿姨沖我們翻白眼真的很沒有禮貌，她歲數大我們可以不計較，也沒理她。酒店衞生間也沒有打掃乾淨，出來玩的也不想因為這些雞毛蒜皮的小事斤斤計較浪費時間，我們就出去逛了，第二天早餐的饅頭上竟然有毛髮（我們兩個女生都是長頭髮），酒店目前沒有任何迴應

住三樓，新裝修的，餐廳也很乾凈，看着舒服，早餐一般，能吃飽。離西街兩個紅綠燈，走路十平分鐘就到了。酒店門口有停車場，自駕遊非常適合。

酒店硬件還算不錯，房間大小也正合適，衞生條件可以，離西街和開元寺1公里步行，吃喝玩樂還是比較方便的，早餐比較簡單，夠吃，春節期間性價比還是不錯的，美中不足希望商家改進，中央空調這運行聲音實在是太響了，廁所總有樓上用水的聲音，隔音不太好，其他都比較滿意

非常推薦這家酒店，十分滿意，性價比很高。
酒店大門不起眼，但房間設施比較新很乾凈，洗澡水很大。前台接待態度熱情很温馨，早飯有粥、豆漿、油條、饅頭、蛋和現炒的蔬菜，都是熱乎乎的不錯。最主要的是酒店門口就是公交站，到開元寺西街、中山路、清源山景區，泉州火車站等一輛公交車就搞定了不用換車，酒店附近瑞幸咖啡，漢堡店都有，下次來泉州還會選這家酒店，也會推薦給要來泉州遊玩的朋友。
