主要問題：隔音差，空調噪音大（半夜還自己停了），衞浴設備老化。
服務人員比較熱情，推薦的餐廳、交通等都很好很清晰。

地理位置優越，可以步行到開元寺，西街，鐘樓，文廟，泮宮等景點。酒店對面有公交站，方便從景點來回。酒店出門左手邊，有糖果連鎖店和葯店，吃飯推薦正對面的阿二薑母鴨。酒店三樓有洗衣機和一個大曬台。另外，酒店門口就是停車場，目測大概可以停50輛車，對自駕友好。前台給我們免費升級了房間。酒店早餐為素食，吃完正好可以去開元寺。

極差的入住體驗，細節暴露服務短板！如果有負分那一定是-9999999分！！！
這次入住真的踩大雷，完全達不到預期！首先是早餐，種類少得離譜，翻來覆去就幾樣簡單的主食和鹹菜，連基本的水果、熱菜都沒幾樣可選，完全滿足不了不同需求。更讓人不適的是，吃早餐時還聽到工作人員抱怨吃的多，顧客並沒有浪費，服務態度敷衍就算了，還當著客人的麪吐槽，實在太影響心情。
其次，房間礦泉水都不能多提供2瓶！住過這麼多酒店，這是第一次遇到這種情況，別的酒店都是直接多給好幾瓶，這家極其不方便，連最基礎的入住需求都滿足不了。同時聽到有顧客需要捲紙，就是敷衍了事不給提供免費實在太摳門了，雜牌手紙屋裡沒有都不給，簡直超出了一般人認知的差！！！
整體體驗感極差，無論是餐飲配置還是服務細節都很敷衍，完全不值這個價格，絕對不會再來第二次！

酒店位置很好找，在大路邊，進門就是停車場，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員都很熱情打招呼，床墊是適合我的不軟不硬，熱水充足，因為我訂的房型不含早，在前台購買了早餐，早餐還是挺豐富的，以素食為主是我喜歡的，推薦推薦。

其他都還好，就有一點不滿意，明明提前大半個月預訂且要求安靜的房間，結果給我安排正對電梯，其他人進進出出很吵，旁邊還是樓梯還是什麼的，通宵趕飛機好不容易到酒店休息保潔阿姨在拿工具還是打掃，聲音很大，整體體驗不佳，不會再住第二次。
