Hotel is around 20 minutes far from gare du Quimper by walk.
Everything was clean, but only ceiling is not clean. But I am okay with that.
I arrived the hotel late, but there was information in front of the main entrance with wrong number in English. I was nervous that I can't enter the building, because there isn't way to call the hotel.
But after then, I found correct number in French, and person in charge informed me how can I enter the main entrance. He was kind. (I told it to reception, so she might change it) But I couldn't face the person in charge at around 22:00, and there is only way by call. Anyway, I could easily take a key (It was in the mail box with password) and enter the room.
For the next day, the person in charge at reception was kind. She kept my luggage kindly for my trip.

Close to Quimper city center, good welcome, the hotel is in front of the media library and the cathedral. We had a good stay. Beautiful garden, good breakfast, thank you.
The little extra is the equipped kitchen.

On a short weekend visit to celebrate our anniversary, we were looking for a central location with parking, free wifi and disabled access rooms. This place was perfect. Everything just worked! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the whole place was clean and well organised, access to the secure parking courtyard was easy and the room itself was comfortable. The pillows ARE wonderful! The breakfast was simple but very good. One thing I find confusing about apparthotels is exactly that description - they can't decide if they are a hotel or self catering, so there were no toiletries like in a hotel, and the room was a bit bleak. but with a little kitchen. In all; though, an excellent, affordable place to stay close to the centre. We would definitely stay here again.

4 stars because it is very well located, 2 minutes walk from the historic center and very good value for money, good services. On the other hand, attendance was a little questionable just in front of the gate to access the car park after 10:30 p.m., and the staff at reception were not very friendly.

Hotel in the center of the city, new and modern, equipped with telephone top-ups and simple but correct common areas. Correct modern rooms, excellent cleanliness and service. good breakfast. outdoor parking on the street but there is a paid underground car park in the hotel. the rooms are all equipped with a kitchenette and are also equipped for long stays.

Alojamiento correcto. Parece más una residencia. Los apartamentos tienen una pequeña cocina, la habitación es amplia y el baño está bien. Limpieza justa, aunque insisten mucho en que dejes recogida y limpia la cocina y saques la basura. Tiene parking, pero nosotros pudimos aparcar en la calle del hotel que es gratis. No tomamos desayuno. Bien situado, zona tranquila y próxima a la catedral, en unos 5 min llegas. Por el precio que tiene, no está mal.
