温泉水比較乾淨，環境也還不錯吧，更適合家庭和小朋友。酒店房間裝修設施比較老化了應該重新裝修一下，跟價位不匹配。早餐收餐時間太早了，9點就開始收了，住店客人9:30去到已經衹有煮品了，其他全部都收了。希望能改進。

真心評價，現在的温泉能做到如此乾淨的已經很少了，泡池挺多，服務也不錯，開了那麼多年還能注重衞生細節，不錯不錯，吃的中規中矩，沒有特別驚艷，但也算對得起這個價位，晚上還有酒吧，親子或者朋友聚會都值得來！

衞生：差，温泉池裡全是泡出來的泥，巨噁心。
中餐 晚餐：特別特別特別差，人太多了，排隊吃飯都要排40分鐘，位置也沒有，還有顧客因為搶位置吵架，菜品跟剩菜一樣，飯也是冷的，跟大街上18一人的快餐差不多，吃得真的太差了，比90一個人的洗浴城吃的都差得多得多，完全不值這個價。
春節比平時貴了3分之一，102公分的小孩泡温泉就要收半票149。還不計算好入園人數，放那麼多人進去，很多衹泡温泉的顧客都沒有床位休息，太不合理了。

衞生，環境，服務都好，就是，這麼好的一個酒店居然被一張快十年的破床給影響了，早魷應該淘汰了，在這麼軟的床上睡上一覺，，整得**全身都疼，簡直無語死了，這個破床的問題我想住過酒店的遊客都反應過，灑店高層沒看到嗎？？？這麼軟爛的床用了十年為什麼還不換一個硬一點的新床呢？？沒錢換嗎？？？？？？如真是沒錢換床？？？可以組織全省全國人民給你們捐一點買床的錢？？？？希望温泉酒店高層領導儘快拿出決定來，免得一張破床影響了酒店的聲譽和名聲，希望下次來玩時能睡到一張舒服軟硬適中的床？？？！！

朋友介紹來這裏玩，圖結果入住得體驗感超級的差。首先前台人員溝通方面就很不順，本來簡單的入住手續很快就能辦完，扯了半天整了一個多小時才開好房。其次，我們訂的兩間房，一間不能用插頭；另一間房間不能洗澡，也就是要在泡温泉那裡把澡洗了才能回酒店，花1069開的房間不能洗澡衹能睡覺，搞笑不？然後是標間的床是一米二的，一家三口無奈要拼在一起才能睡。總之想去的朋友請慎重考慮哈，避免錢花了還不舒服。

前台服務差，態度不好，提出建議説你可以取消，一副不不歡迎的態度，我預訂就是先住後付，其它酒店都不用按金，這酒店盡然要交高於房價兩倍的按金，房間沒有可以消費的東西，對於商務出差的人來説體驗太差，真是多此一舉，房間太舊了，性價比很差。
