Nice, well kept hotel. Appreciated the cost and location. My only complaint is that housekeeping didn’t do very well at stocking the bathroom with plenty of toilet paper and what was supplied looked like a art of it had gotten wet and dried although it was in the protective paper. The pillows were a little lumpy but overall it was a good stay and I would go back again.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. If you’re sensitive to that then this isn’t the hotel for you. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Impressively clean hotel with horrendously arrogant front desk employee. Sir, when asked about a $50 hold that went unmentioned rather than saying "I've worked for every major hotel chain & I get this question all the time so take it up with your bank because it has nothing to do with me" perhaps you should come up with a better response. I mean, if you get asked all the time about it then it would seem you'd be aware of it & able to just say "we put a hold on your card for whatever, it falls off in 3 days." Its $50 & according to you you're aware of it so how about just making others aware at check in & not being so sneaky about it. They have a right to know. 50 bucks, no biggie. Just acknowledge it. And p.s. NOBODY cares how many "major" hotels you once worked at....nobody.

Price is very reasonable. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good. When we stayed, the main hot breakfast was bacon and scrambled eggs. I travel alot often and the eggs actually tasted like eggs instead of like most hotels the eggs are watered down and are over cooked.
The rooms were quite even though are room was next to the elevator, even though we asked not to be put in a room next to one. The kids who always run down the hall out of controlly, " thanks to the parents", was not so loud, unlike some hotels.
As far as the bad, the front desk women were not friendly like the staff from 3 years ago. They made us feel like they hated their job and hated people.
The bath tub was odd. The tub was narrow and concaved.
They use wall flowers everywhere like they're trying to mask something that smells bad. The only thing that i smelled bad was the plug in wall flowers!
The rooms didnt smell bad and no cigarette smell:) (yes I know its a non smoking hotel, but those who travel know what I mean.)

Loved this hotel. It was VERY clean. The breakfast was good and staff was great. The location was close to dining.shopping and attractions. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Probably the best sleep I’ve gotten on an overnight stop. Will definitely stay here the next time I drive through the area. Very good value for the price.
