In general the hotel is very good the hotel cleaness in excellent, but the restaurant needs to improve the quality as well as portion, and beach service need to be improve the changing room not clean , the need to clean every other users, thanks

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo.... È vero, come dice il titolare Davide nel video che l'ambiente è familiare e noi, in più, l'abbiamo trovato ben organizzato...difatti, in tante occasioni ci siamo senti coccolati...abbiamo trovato, cordialità, professionalità, disponibiltà ed è bello essere accolti dal personale della reception o in sala, sempre con il sorriso🤗 Il cibo è molto buono e variegato... abbiamo apprezzato che il buffet della colazione non è aperto agli ospiti (a parte le bevande calde e fredde) ma servito al banco dalle gentilissime cameriere. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ordinati.....la posizione è strategica, sia per l'accesso al mare, sia per le passeggiate spensierate e per gli spostamenti per Rimini o Riccione (vicino all'hotel c'è la stazione della Metro mare, servizio comodissimo che li collega...il costo del biglietto, a persona, è di €2,50 per 75 minuti oppure € 5 per 24h)...non abbiamo provato il parcheggio convenzionato perché abbiamo sempre trovato posto in strada, vicino all'hotel.

Hotel a gestione familiare perfetto per una vacanza con i bambini. Le camere sono nuove pulitissime e silenziose. Il ristorante offre un'ampia scelta sia a colazione che a pranzo e cena e Davide fa davvero la differenza per farti sentire come a casa!!! Super consigliato

I dettagli che fanno la differenza, li noti subito. Le luci accanto al letto ideali per leggere, la doccia grande, gli asciugamani morbidissimi e le lenzuola candide. E poi l'antipasto che non ci aspettavamo offerto prima di ogni pasto, la comodità delle sedie da cui non ti alzeresti più, i bagni accanto alla sala giochi coi lavandini ad altezza bambino, i serramenti super insonorizzanti,ecc. La cura dei particolari fa capire quanto i proprietari ci tengano ad accogliere l ospite al meglio. Infine, grazie a tutto lo staff per il sorriso immancabile, la cortesia, l'attenzione con cui hanno svolto il loro lavoro. Bravissimi!!!!

15 giorni passati presso l'hotel Aurea e devo dire tutto super. Cibo, gentilezza, pulizia, servizi. Una bella squadra al servizio del cliente. E già il secondo anno che ci andiamo e ci torneremo sicuramemte.

Come sempre da 8 anni ad oggi, qualità dei servizi, pulizia, cucina sempre al TOP. Servizio spiaggia ai bagni Ricci inclusa da provare. Per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante di riposo al mare, coccolati con una cucina ricercata e variegata. Stesso discorso per la colazione che occupa una parte importante nell'Hotel con varie proposte. Ci vediamo nel 2024!

Questo è il secondo anno che abbiamo il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e non possiamo fare altro che riconfermare la nostra soddisfazione. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, il posto è ben curato e pulito. La cucina è genuina ed è ben variegata per garantire delle ottime portate. Bella anche la spiaggia convenzionata con la possibilità di passare delle piacevoli serate con musica dal vivo e aperitivi. Adatto a tutti, famiglie con bambini e coppie. Torneremo con molto piacere.
