Heater in room didn’t have knobs to turn it on. TV had terrible reception. Didn’t know Travel Lodge was part of Red Roof property, no signage, hard to find. Entry was dirty, floor had not been swept.

There was nothing good I can say about this property! There was old vomit on the stairs along with pieces of pizza and who knows what else!!! The room was dirty and had an awkward smell. The whole property was run down. Obviously the owners have not done anything for many years to keep up with the necessities of the property. We did not feel safe staying there as the door had been kicked in on the bottom of the door which left a small crack. To be honest in all my years of traveling, I have never come across a property that had been so neglected to such a degree, to let it be unsave for travelers!

When I arrived they said they didn't have a room for me. Even though I had a reservation.
They never called me or notified me before I got there.
They did have a room at their 'other' hotel but it was more expensive than the one I booked. Sounds like a typical bait and switch. The more expensive room was not clean, hair in the sink, hair in the bathtub and a half empty bottle of pepsi on the nightstand. It was just for one night. The staff at the desk were friendly.

Entire place needs to be renovated. Painting another complete renovation needs to be done……would not stay here again.

this property should never have been available to the public, it is in the middle of being renovated by Red Roof Inn and there were mattresses and debris all over the property, the room was a dump and the A/C unit in need of a cleaning, making us cough the four hours we actually stayed before we left at 2AM. Shame on Travelodge for allowing this property to still be rented out and it should be looked into by the board of health.
