Guys it's really a dump. Hospitality 0 I call and they don't answer. As soon as I arrive in Rome the navigator makes me go somewhere else because on booking they are marked somewhere else. I was in December and in the room despite having asked to turn on the radiators they were off all night. In the room there was an air conditioner only for cold air. In the bathroom the curtain didn't cover anything and from the building in front they could see you very well. Never go there and if you don't believe me try and then tell me.
