My second stay at UVisionary, the first time was in January.
I did have a problem with this fridge which wasn't cooling and the tv remote not working but it was fixed very quickly. There we no wine glasses in my room.
Everyone was lovely and I will stay again, the location is the best.

When I told them we were staying there for our honeymoon, they had champagne and a message card waiting for us in our room when we checked in, which made me happy. The front desk staff were also friendly and provided a pleasant service!

The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful, which adds to the overall experience. The hotel rooms are well-decorated, and the rooftop is beautiful with an amazing location. However, there is some noise from the street, and we found the room to be more suitable for couples due to its dark and sexy ambiance

Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable is how I would describe the hotel. We enjoyed coming back after a long day exploring Rome. We stayed for 6 nights and had not a single complaint, which speaks to the consistency of the staff, service and attitude, not to mention comfortable beds and a very quiet room. The hotel is situated centrally within the city; we never once needed to take a bus or taxi, but instead walked everywhere; what a pleasure. We will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Finally, the entire staff of the hotel, to a person, was helpful and cheerful.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything walking. Outstanding service and good breakfast. Pretty nice rooftop. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of restaurants close by, even a great depar**ent store near. We felt very safe in the area. Closest attraction is Fontana di Trevi. Would stay again for sure. Also has a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Comfortable large beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and good quality.
Not spacious and only one chair - in was is supposed to be an open SUITE!!. Dark room and bath. Room facing a main road. Loud at night.
