ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!
