設施：設施設備齊全且現代化，建議可以加一個小的健身房；
衞生：衞生確實讓我驚呆了，先是看到水槽旁邊沒有清理乾淨，然後衣櫃裏面又是用過的浴袍，再是浴巾上面還有頭髮，這個體驗確實太掉分了；
服務：服務還可以吧，餐廳服務很好，前台服務員綜合素質有待提高。

真的必須差評，好歹也是三台比較好的酒店了，沒想到那麼拉……首先前台服務態度不好，房間居然漏水，而且是在酒店知道的情況下，也沒有提前告訴我們，還是漏的到處都是了我們才發現……一個不好意思都沒有對顧客説，早餐品種也少……

酒店在三台城外，雖處工業園區但是非常幽靜。設施及環境在三台縣城應該算是很好的了。停車很方便，地下停車場有很多的車位。到店登記時，前台服務員熱情地給我們的房間做了升級，點贊！👍
早餐品種不太多，且大多數熱菜都是涼的，菜品有待提高。
總的來説，這家酒店值得推薦。到三台，可選梓州明宇麗雅。

帶着小寶寶來三台參加同學的婚宴，晚上臨時換酒店選擇了明宇。酒店的位置稍微偏一些，但三台總共也就那麼大，所以如果是開車的話，強烈推薦這家酒店！首先是酒店非常新，但是沒有裝修的味道，非常乾淨，一進房間真的讓人感覺神清氣爽。第二是因為比較偏，所以特別安靜，晚上我們和寶寶都睡了一個好覺。我以為入住率比較低，自助早餐會比較草率，但是完全沒有，品類還是很豐富的，米線特別好吃，我老公吃了兩碗。服務也特別好。我嫌被子厚了，要來了一床被套，拿來的時候被套還是熱的，像是剛烘乾消毒過，蓋着都覺得安心。以後有機會還會來這裏住的。

性價比很高，不過。。評論裏是誰説這家新裝修的酒店沒味道的？電梯裏、房間裏，無處不在的新裝異味，薰得我一晚上都沒睡好，打開窗户又有滅滅蚊，點着蚊香睡都無濟於事。。住在8樓，熱水一直就跟口水一樣的温度，放到最後沒信心了直接硬抗洗澡，結果10分鐘都洗完了水突然熱了，我。。
另外酒店沒有迎賓和門僮，由於生意比較冷清位置偏遠，周邊沒有吃的或者超市，基礎設施還是可以，但是沒有電動車充電樁。。

這次是因為明宇這個品牌才預訂的. 以前沒有住過明宇酒店. 我是晚上開車到的酒店，因為是在郊外，周圍光線都不太明亮.酒店燈光比較暗，不太容易能看到酒店. 登記入住時免費升級. 房間面積不錯，有一定的活動空間. 設施相對簡單，衹有一個保險箱，沒有冰箱飲料，有衣櫃當沒有睡衣. 房間燈光明亮。這是我比較喜歡的. 早餐過於簡單，本人喜歡西式早餐，但酒店衹有看上去不太新鮮的吐司片，配的是散裝果醬. 飲料衹有豆漿，牛奶和泡好的保温茶壺. 沒有咖啡及袋泡茶. 開水也是温的對於早餐來説比較失望，最後是吃的自己帶的麪包和自己的茶.不怎麼配明宇這個品牌. 我訂明宇就是想着早餐應該不錯. 早知這樣就訂市區裏面得了.
服務還是很好👍！ 希望以後有所改善！
