Facilities: New Sanitation: Clean Environment: Comfortable Service: Good😊😊😊😊 It was my first time staying at this resort. I didn't expect it to be so new. The front desk lady Qingling provided great service and introduced us to the hotel environment. The night view here is great. I didn't take pictures of the room. The sanitation is very clean. The front desk can also help to book the shuttle bus for the duty-free shop. By the way, the restaurant also has a special hot pot. You don't have to go out in the sun to find a restaurant to eat.

It was very good. To be honest, the hygiene was much better than the hotel in Haitang Bay two days ago. It was clean and had no odor. The hotel service was also very good. For example, the cleaning lady gave us 3 bags of brown sugar ginger tea, which was heart-warming. Manager Tong and the supervisor who were checking saw the child vomiting on the carpet, and took the initiative to help us clean up and gave us vegetable porridge. After checking out, the beautiful girl at the front desk took the initiative to contact us and said that there was a towel left in the room. In short, everything was very good and it was very good for our stay.

The check-in experience was very good. The reception was warm, the room was comfortable and clean, and the cleaning lady cleaned it carefully every day. The breakfast was very rich, and there was fresh lemonade in the lobby every day. The hotel has complete supporting facilities. (I forgot to take pictures of the hotel. The rooms are relatively new, very suitable for couples or families. We were given a small hot pot this season, and the sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Xiaofu also gave us drinks.  The only point is that there are geckos outside at night.  In general, the cost performance is really very high. Recommend staying. 

The entrance feels ordinary, and the building on the right is still under renovation. I didn't realize until I checked in that there were many nice details, especially this morning when the housekeeping manager passed by our room and saw the children's clothes hanging on the balcony, he took them to dry for free, otherwise he didn't know how to bring them on the plane, and gave the children a small 🚗, saying that he would give other gifts next time. The drinks in the lobby are very good, unlike other hotels that just put some Sprite in. The swimming pool and the guest rooms are very clean, without the odor of disinfectant. Anyway, everyone's service is very nice, I will come again next time.

Finally, I chose Yalong Bay Resort No. 99 and it lived up to my expectations. The overall environment of the hotel is very good and there are various plants scattered around. Good news 👍 Facilities: The hotel room is very large. I booked a classic room type. Although I can't see the sea, it's very comfortable. Because it's newly opened, the equipment is very new. I originally only booked it for one night, but I decided to extend my stay for two more nights 🥳 Service: The service is very considerate and attentive, especially Xiaohui. I am very satisfied. After adding WeChat, if I tell her anything, she will arrange it for me clearly. It makes my journey very worry-free and makes me feel at home. I must give it a big praise! 👍

The hotel is very cost-effective and is located at the foot of the forest park. The air is good. If you want to go to the beach, the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is convenient. The hotel service is super good, everyone serves with a smile, recommended!

It was my first time in Sanya, and I booked the No. 99 Resort. The warm reception from the front desk lady Wu Jiake made me feel good about Sanya. I was supposed to check in in the afternoon, but I was going to store my luggage first because it was inconvenient to travel. Seeing that I was with an 80-year-old man, Xiao Wu took the initiative to contact the guest room to check in in advance, and introduced us to Sanya's tourist attractions and travel suggestions. Xiao Wu and the handsome guy at the hotel front desk would enthusiastically ask about the tour and remind us of the precautions. The restaurant was closed when we came back from the tour at noon, but the restaurant manager did not hesitate to contact the kitchen to provide us with delicious meals. Three staff members were always there to provide services during the meal. It was tight to leave the hotel to catch the high-speed rail, and the front desk lady always paid attention to our itinerary and asked whether we had arrived at the high-speed rail station smoothly. It felt good to have someone thinking about us. I was really satisfied with the hotel's environment, facilities and attentive service, which far exceeded my expectations. The first time I came to Sanya, the first hotel I stayed in, the first time I traveled, and the first meal were all made happy by the beauties and handsome guys at the No. 99 Resort. From coming to Sanya to leaving Sanya, there were always greetings and concerns from the beautiful girl Wu Jiake. Although the time was short, it was impressive. Because of a person and a hotel, I have developed a sense of attachment to a city. From now on, when I or my friends and family come to Sanya, No. 99 Resort must be the best choice.

I came to Yalong Bay during the holidays. I screened some hotels and finally chose No. 99, a new resort-style hotel opened in 2023. The location is good and close to nearby attractions. It is next to the forest park. It is convenient to take a taxi. The room has its own small The balcony is relatively quiet overall, and the price is cost-effective. We also gave welcome fruits when we checked in. It is worth mentioning that Chen Xiaohui’s service at the front desk is very good👍👍. The service is in place. I will choose Hotel No. 99 next time I come to play.
