I stayed at Wenhua for the first two days. Because I had to catch a flight on the last day, I chose to live near the airport. After looking around, I still chose Atour. Every time I don’t know where to stay, I will choose Atour, at least I won’t go wrong. Environment: This time I stayed in an executive double. This level of chain hotel is mainly a standard and no mistakes. The sanitation environment can be assured. If you need daily small items, you can also submit them through the applet. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. This time, a breakfast was also delivered. If you don’t have time to eat in the morning to catch the flight, you can pack it. I was upgraded to a wooden room, thank you. It is close to the airport and convenient, with good sound insulation, and it did not affect my sleep.

Hygiene: Very poor hygiene. There are hairs on the bath towels and they are crooked. Facilities: The washing machine in the laundry room can wash out the ropes on the clothes, and the waiter also lost them. Service: There is no concept of housekeeper service of the Atour chain. If there is a problem, they will just keep chasing you and pestering you. When helping guests move their luggage to the new room, they will lose things on the way. I saw it on the way back to the room. They said they would give me a pillow as compensation, but they didn’t do what they said. Environment: It is far away from tourist attractions and the hotel location is not easy to find. The above is a real stay experience

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich in variety. The two ladies, Haimi and Haicheng, were very friendly and enthusiastic. I stayed another night.

We arrived at the hotel after 10pm. Thanks for the upgrade. We were satisfied with the shower and the room. It was quiet in a bustling area. I guess all the flights were over at this late hour, so it was a very quiet night with no sound of airplanes.

Considering that the hotel is close to the airport, we changed from another hotel to Atour, but there are two things that I think can be changed and improved: 1. We arrived at the hotel around 16:40, but the room was not cleaned yet, 2. The bedding washing can be changed to a different washing factory, because the child had skin allergies and rashes all over his body after sleeping.

It was my first time staying at the Atour Hotel in Sanya. I was not disappointed. From check-in to check-out, the efficiency was very high and the hygiene was very good. I will go to experience Atour in other cities!
