我們住的房間地上有之前的臟東西，我諮詢了一下看能否換一下，老闆娘臉立馬黑臉了，我們住進去的床上用品還是前面人住的，根本沒換，枕套一股臭味道，我們第二天要求換一下，最終還是沒有換，床頭紙也不換，水也不換，因我不知道第二晚房子降價了，點了一件續住原房，我們問能否退了從新再定，價格會優惠70，老闆娘表示不能，考慮搬東西麻煩，就自己認了，沒有好感！

2023.03.21入住三亞林旺鎮《龍瑞祥酒店》幾晚。酒店在路邊，有幾個車位。房間衞生基本可以（有一個枕套有污跡）。靠裡麪的房，夜晚安靜，酒店有洗衣機，樓頂可涼曬。周邊吃購方便。空調有異響，衞生間不反臭。一天早上，車被另一輛車堵了，車主不接電話，前台沒有工作人員幫解決，敲了很久值班的門，才有工作人員出來。期間，有幾波退房的客人等不及了直接走了（其中有一小哥等開發票的）。應該説，老闆娘對人熱情，服務工作嘛，有待提高。

設施：正常該有的有。
衞生：屋裡表面沒有灰塵，但是三條毛巾有兩條上面不知道是銹點還是血點沒洗乾淨，床品沒問題。
環境：臨街不知道是什麼滴滴規律響了一宿，對於環境噪音在意的，謹慎考慮。
