Sanya Phoenix Island Ocean Star Resort Hotel

The room faces the ocean and offers a stunning sea view. The shuttle service is prompt and convenient. With the gentle sea breeze, a relaxing bathtub, and attentive hotel service, it makes for a wonderful stay. The management is tight-knit and efficient, the distance between buildings is well-spaced, and the environment is quiet and comfortable.

This hotel comes highly recommended! It's super convenient for transport, right at the bridgehead to the island where you'll find a huge shopping mall with all sorts of entertainment and dining options. Plus, right outside the hotel is the international cruise terminal for trips to the Xisha Islands. Parking is a breeze too, with plenty of spaces available.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the ocean view is simply unbeatable—even better than the Atlantis. The in-room amenities are decent; not luxurious, but definitely sufficient and completely worth the price.

Out of all the places we visited during the National Day holiday, this hotel was the best. It was also very affordable, had a swimming pool, and super spacious rooms with automatic curtains. You could even take a bath on the balcony! Plus, there's a shuttle service, and the customer service ladies were super nice!

Pros: Great value for money, excellent location, and amazing views (definitely worth paying extra for a high-floor room). The in-room facilities are all top-notch, and the open-air bathtub is incredibly relaxing. The customer service staff were also very good. The lounge chair is a fantastic design, perfect for just chilling out. And a special shout-out to the shower head – it's really powerful! Definitely worth a try.

For just over 400 [yuan], you can get a 23rd-floor sea view room, and even one with a bathtub on the balcony! You can take photos from two sides, and the panoramic view of Sanya's Coconut Dream Corridor is right before your eyes. Absolutely worth it, 10,000 times better than Atlantis Sanya in Haitang Bay. No wonder when I arrived in Sanya, the taxi driver told me that one day at Atlantis is enough, and that it's better to stay near the Coconut Dream Corridor because the value for money is just so good, and there's a whole strip of dining, drinking, and entertainment options around!

Service: Excellent service, very patient, always ready to answer any questions ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ Facilities: A little old, but acceptable. Environment: Very beautiful, with a sea view from the window. You can watch the sunset while soaking in the tub. Hygiene: Very clean.

The room was very comfortable, a proper sea-view room, and excellent value for money. It was much better than the regular sea-view B&B I stayed at before, highly recommended! There's also a shuttle bus service, which is very thoughtful!
