公寓環境很好，能看到大海，衞生乾淨整潔，服務周到，老闆很熱情好客，以後來三亞還選這家，值得推薦👍

優點：海景房，房間夠大，距離海邊近，小區環境好，周圍吃飯方便。價格便宜。
缺點：單人床的被子沒有被罩，太不衞生了。衞生間窗户是壞的。空調室外機在陽台，聲音太大。房間距離機場很近，飛機起降聲音大。

這個是我朋友租的她家房子，二房東串通中介以兩倍價格租給我朋友，因為我朋友是外地人不懂行情，價格加倍不説條件還特別差，一開始住的房間空調都是不能用，換成這個房間，小區裏房間外面都有攝像頭對着房間門口，跟坐牢一樣
