一間大房子隔出來的許多小間，隔壁説話聽的很清楚，馬桶蓋、馬桶圈確實讓人無語，地漏子不下水，洗個澡差點淹了，衞生間水龍頭衹有涼水，壓根沒有熱水管，牆皮子就再不説了！

這個店相當於是個黒店。老闆是個東北人，態度極其惡劣，房間安全性不好，可以從另一個房間爬進來。整個房間設施與圖片描述差距很大，網上的圖片容易對大家誤導，床、沙發、茶几、廚房等根本不是圖片上的，就是個騙局，而且交了錢不滿意幾乎無法退款退房，要退房還要受老闆威脅，安全體驗及住房體驗極差！！

原來公寓是承包了多個業主套房進行的改造，一個套房裡4間房，衞生環境特別不好，隔音不好，房間內的衞生真的是不堪入目！可以用破爛形容，説給安排的是升級房，我在想如果是不升級的房型且不是更不能住人了？房內就2條浴巾，一條還是破洞的，拿起空調遙控器才發現裡邊竟然沒電池……説真的，比旅館都不如，公寓服務員服務還行，你不懂路會接你，對了，住處和前台是兩個地兒，得兩邊跑！體驗感特別不好！不會推薦大家來

不好，護照辦理不了，告訴不接待外國顧客，到店才告知，原因是這個公寓自身掃描不上證件，和定的房間不一樣的，海景也沒有，好不容易前台弄好可以掃描才辦理入住，來這裏最不好的體驗，前台服務態度也不好，一直讓朋友等，朋友本來身體不舒服還有長者，就等着，就那樣吧，都來了沒辦法👐
